Welcome to Paradise Paws, your slice of coastal bliss in beautiful Cape San Blas, Florida. This brand-new 4-bedroom, 3-bath home sleeps up to 10 guests and is perfectly located just a 5-minute walk to the beach via a new boardwalk, offering the ultimate beach-house experience with modern comforts and stylish coastal décor throughout.



Paradise Paws is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a stress-free stay: pet friendly accommodations, fresh linens and towels, TVs in every bedroom (Roku, Google Cast, and Apple AirPlay compatible), high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, and beach gear ready for your days in the sun. Maximum of 2 pets, for an additional fee.

Kids will love their own Kids’ Nook just off the living room, while adults can enjoy open living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workspace for remote work if needed.

Summer we will never forget

This was our first time staying in Cape San Blas and it was so fun. The sunsets are breathtaking. The atmosphere is wonderful and the host is amazing and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay. It had a lot of good space for two families of 4. The house is in major need of new linens, matresses, and pillows as well as fresh paint inside, deep clean of garage, baseboards, appliances, and fixtures.

Beautiful home, decorated nicely! Loved the open space of the kitchen and living area. My 9 year old grandson claimed the kids nook and had a great time in there. The home is in a nice neighborhood. Pickleball court and pool close by. There is a little bit of a walk to the beach. Not too bad for the younger folks in our family. We would definitely stay here again. Had a wonderful time!

The home was spacious, clean, had great stock in the bathrooms and kitchen, and was better than described online. Fabulous forgotten coast retreat!

An absolute gem of a property! Well appointed, super clean, and the little kids nook was absolutely wonderful! All the games and books you could need for the kids. They had everything we needed for the beach. we literally basically showed up! It was like staying at a friends house who knew exactly what you needed.

We had an amazing time. The property was located close to everything we love to do. The state park that is located nearby offered a very pleasant surprise. It was clean and so so gorgeous! The wade fishing was phenomenal too. Everything from the beach to golfing to pickleball and fishing right at our fingertips. Truly a vacation to remember!

What a magnificent property! We visited Cap San Blas for my 40th birthday and Paradise Paws didn’t disappoint. The house was in magnificent shape, easy beach/pickle ball access. We fell in love with the small town atmosphere! We will definitely be making a return trip. Also, we left some items there and its been an easy process getting them returned!

This house has everything you need for a perfect beach vacation. Beautifully decorated and furnished. All the bedrooms were large and comfortable with extra pillows, blankets. Plenty of towels in each bathroom including beach towels. And the kitchen was fully equipped. The beach is a short walk from the house, you can't ask for more. It was perfect for our family.

We absolutely loved this house and everything about it. Our family has been coming to the Cape for many years and this has been one of our favorite stays. With adult children and my parents, the home offered us the space and amenities we could use. The location was perfect and the walk to the beach was not long at all. ❤️ We hope to return soon.

We had a wonderful stay and your beautiful property! I must say you guys have thought of everything! From a beach wagon, toys and so much more we were able to pack less! Great Experience!

This is a newer subdivision so we didn’t know how it was set up but we were pleasantly surprised! We loved the house and the amenities! Nice pool! Volleyball area and close walk to the beach. House is beautifully decorated and larger than it looks on the outside. Had some issues with the WiFi but the owners responded immediately and worked with us till it was fixed. Great communication if you run into any problems. We found plenty of parking close to the house for the 2 boats we brought. Will definitely stay again.

We are Pioneer Ridge Vacations, owned by Andy Vanosdale and Travis Staten, best friends since 1990. We grew up together attending the same schools and college in the Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. The Pioneer Ridge name comes from our grade schools, with the mascot being the Pioneer and the schools located in East Ridge, Tennessee. We are huge fans of the Tennessee Volunteers (Go Vols)! When we get together, you can often find us playing Spades and Phase 10 with our other friends. We love providing guests with their dream vacation in beautiful Cape San Blas!
