The chef of the family will be ecstatic to prepare gourmet meals for all in a fully equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances to include refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender. You have all the utensils, cookware, dinnerware, and glassware you need.
Start your day off right with coffee/breakfast at the large center island with breakfast bar, seats 4.

Have a family meal around the large dining table in the formal dining space. Table seats 8.

Each bedroom and Main living area is furnished with 4K Smart TV to access popular Apps including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, etc.

STARTER KIT SUPPLIES
We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tabs, laundry pods, paper towel and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started (This is an industry standard practice).

Soak up the Florida sunshine on the chaise lounges as the kids enjoy a refreshing dip!

The pool area has a pool fence for kid's safety. Please adhere to pool rules as indicated on signages at lanai area.

***If desired during colder months, (typically Nov-Apr), we provide an optional pool heating service for $40/night for the entire visit. Pool heating requires 48 hours' notice as it takes time to heat and coordinate with the pool service.

They thought of everything

This was a great place for our family vacation! There were 12 of us and this house fit us perfectly. The owners have made available so many different things to ensure your stay is easy, from the closet with a vacuum, pack n' play, highchair, baby gate, etc. to the kitchen with an air fryer and a instant pot, there is no reason to worry about not having the comforta of home. The pool on site is perfect for a quick dip and access to the Oasis and Retreat Clubhouses allow you to never need to leave the Champions Gate area. My whole family said they would definitely stay here again!

Just can't say enough great/positive things about our amazing stay! We had a wonderful time at this spotless home! The inside is so beautifully decorated & had everything you need for your stay. Location to the club house pool/waterpark was a plus not even a 5 min walk. Our host couldn't have been nicer or more helpful, very responsive with all our questions. Our family will be back again.

Amazing host and lovely villa!!

We spent 17nights stay at this lovely Villa!!! It was just perfect, themed, spacious, modern rooms and with great facilities! Great location too for all the parks and restaurants close by! The local pool/slides etc was just a 5min walk all free to use! Maria was an amazing host, very prompt reply and happy to help with anything! I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone and hopefully be back once I saved more money lol!!

Lovely Home

This lovely home is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. The private pool was a hit with the kids. Great location and we also enjoyed the amenities at the clubhouse, such a great place to relax. The linens, bath, and pool towels provided were of excellent quality, making our stay even more pleasant. The beds were comfortable as well. The owners were attentive and made sure our stay was memorable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we highly recommend this property.

Bottom line besides the title. Clean inside and out with all the things you need as if you have a 2nd home. The pool in itself is just a bonus in this package, plus the community oasis feels like you're at a resort. No need to bring anything but yourself and something to change with, because the owner thought of everything else for you. Security and area of this location is top notch. Close to publix super store too

Wow! Just perfect for the 8 of us! My grandkids lived in the pool! Maria was very attentive and responsive to my every question and went way above and beyond! The home is beautiful and spacious. Our family had a fantastic vacation staying in this wonderful home. Everything we had hoped for was there. The place was extremely clean, the kids enjoyed the pool and game table, the open kitchen and living room made watching TV while cooking. We all had our space to enjoy a well needed good nights sleep. The location was great and near everything we had planned. We had plenty of great local restaurants to try in Davenport and everything else you would need is close by. The neighborhood was quiet and the clubhouse was fantastic. Communication and check-in was easy. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful Town House

Gorgeous townhouse on a quiet, secluded gated community. I very rarely feel comfortable whilst staying anywhere but immediately felt at home. House was fully equipped and even provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. Owners were responsive and helpful. It was our youngest daughter’s birthday on the day of our arrival and the owners had taken the time to arrange a birthday banner and balloons. Thank you.

This home is AMAZING! The home is well decorated, modern, and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and the awesome game table! We were so comfortable as they thought of everything such as the washing clothes detergent, kitchen & bathroom amenities, beach towels, and step stools. The Clubhouse is beautiful with tasty food and drinks. ChampionsGate is very accessible to groceries, shopping and restaurants. Maria Theresa is responsive and very accommodating. From the moment we walked through the door, we were blown away by the elegance, cleanliness, and thoughtful design of the space. It truly felt like a luxury resort experience—but with all the privacy and comfort of home. The villa was immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. Each bedroom was like its own private retreat, with plush bedding and modern touches. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook and dine in, and the open-plan living area was perfect for relaxing with the whole family. The private pool area was great, and also the communal pool area and communal water party were fantastic. Located in the prestigious Champions Gate resort community, we had access to amazing amenities like the clubhouse, lazy river, golf course, and restaurants—yet we still felt like we had our own peaceful oasis away from the crowds. The host was outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely caring about our experience. Every detail was thought out, from check-in to check-out. Clean and Beautiful

Our stay in Orlando was very comfortable for four adults and two young kids. The condo is bright and new and very clean. I usually spend the first day disinfecting a rental but that was not necessary here. I was comfortable immediately which almost never happens when traveling with my two kids. Everything was well thought out for families. We used the provided pack n play, highchair, and stroller and they were in great shape. The kitchen is well furnished and there are thoughtful extras throughout the house. We paid for pool heat for the kids and they splashed around in it multiple times a day. The Oasis Club is a short drive away and we enjoyed the clubhouse and gym. The playground is also a drive away and was small but cute. Our best outing was to the Showcase of Citrus which is 20min away. There’s no shortage of stuff to do even if your skip Disney! Finally, Maria is one of the the most responsive hosts that we have ever had. Our questions were answered immediately and she was helpful throughout our stay. Overall we had a wonderful vacation and we plan to rent the unit again next year.
