It's a beautiful unit in a good location, right on Kihei, a busy but important thoroughfare. It's not directly on the ocean, but beaches are easy walking distance. We were on a family vacation with teenager and older kids, and used master and guest BR as well as pull out couch - in all a bit cramped for six, but we made do and had a wonderful trip.

Just as advertised! No surprises.We had 6 in our group (2yrs old to 62yrs old). The condo was comfortable. The kitchen has just what is needed. Gas bbq available also.We asked advice on places on Maui, Kevin our host was quick to respond and very nice. When a maintenance issue came up it was handled timely.Sand chairs and a couple of boogie boards are available for use. We also used a pack and play that’s available in the condo.The grounds are beautiful. And the pool and hot tub we used daily. The location was easily accessible.The other people staying at the complex are all pleasant.We would stay again!

Fantastic Property

This property has everything we needed to enjoy Maui. They had a cooler, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards and snorkel gear. The condo itself was charming. I appreciated the laundry detergent already on property. I would only suggest a new kitchen table that wasn’t so wobbly — but our family would stay here again on our next trip.

Kihei close to the beach

We booked this property in Kehei to be close to the beach. It is a little bit of a walk or drive but totally worth it for this really nice unit. The owner lives on Maui and is very helpful. The property is very clean and modern. No ocean view but a nice clean pool (although only open until 9 pm) Permanent residents were friendly and helpful. Not too far from the highway, shops, and restaurants.

Nice family friendly property

Condo common areas were lovely. Walking distance to beach. Condo was laid out well and comfortably fit our family of 6. Communication with property manager was exceptional. The only down sides were the lack of towels (specifically no beach towels), kitchen table is quite wobbly and nobody had turned out the a/c prior to our arrival and the home was HOT, specifically the upstairs bedroom. We had to purchase some fans to get through the night but by the next day it was fine.
