We had a wonderful experience at this property! It was spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was exceptionally accommodating and communicated promptly, making check-in and check-out very flexible. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We picked this rental for its location near my sister’s condo, whom we were visiting, and it was perfect. The condo looked just like the pictures and it was easy to get to all the parts of Maui from this centralized area. We were worried since there were no other reviews, but the owner communicated quickly with us and everything was as stated and made easy with beach towels and other supplies provided. They even provided coffee pods which helped the first morning we arrived. Thank you for allowing us to use your rental. Mahalo!

We enjoyed 13 nights of fun in the sun (May 23 - June 5) at this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath second floor, end unit condo at the north end of Kihei (close to the humpback whale center). The condo is perfect for 2 couples and comes with beach chairs (4), beach umbrellas (2), beach towels (4), a boogie board and a cooler. There is a new set of front loading washer and dryer plus laundry soap/ dryer sheets, etc which is great especially to refresh towels during a longer stay. Our flight arrived late at night so we really appreciated the coffee pods, etc. the first morning plus the chocolate macadamia nuts and bottle of wine left for us by the owner :-) . The condo is well stocked with cleaning supplies, garbage bags, paper towel, TP, etc. and there is even a cupboard with condiments, spices, oil, etc. to use/ add to. The reserved parking spot is close to the condo which is located at the rear of the complex so no issues with street noise and the lanai overlooks the garden-like grounds. The complex is well cared for and we were always able to have lounge chairs at the pool to enjoy some later afternoon sun - often we were the only ones there. Everything about our experience was 5 star!! Only suggestion is to have seating for 4 in the living area & on the lanai, a knife sharpener and another 4-person set of cutlery but these would only enhance an already wonderful stay. We enjoyed our stay overall. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the trip, and the WiFi worked very well. The unit was also thoughtfully stocked with essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, coffee pods, and even a Brita water filter in the fridge, which was appreciated. The location was convenient, directly across from the beach, and having beach chairs available was a nice bonus. Tip: go to Sugar Beach Bake Shop and Ululani’s shaved ice. A couple things future guests may want to know: the unit uses window AC units, and it took a while for the space to cool down initially. Also, the windows did not seal tightly. During a particularly windy day, dirt was blown inside through the loose windows, and bugs were also able to get in when lights were on. That said, the host handled the situation professionally by arranging for a cleaner and providing a refund, which we appreciated.Also worth noting: the condo is on the second floor, and the second bedroom and bathroom are upstairs inside the unit, so there are quite a few stairs involved for anyone with mobility concerns.
