We really loved the space and location. The main level bedroom was perfect for my elderly parents, and the living/dining/kitchen space plus the screened porch offered a lot of flexibility for people to have their own space. The location was so nice and close to downtown, and we enjoyed the Farmer's Market right behind the house on Saturday. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great walkable location

The house located on a quiet street but within a few blocks of downtown. Great location if you’re interested in being able to walk to most of downtown. House is older, but still comfortable.

Spacious home near the heart of Brevard

Wonderful property, great location, fantastic hosts! This was the perfect place for our family with a toddler, within walking distance to shops, cafes and playgrounds. Check in and check out was quick and easy. We'll definitely come back in the future if we can!

Location was PRIME!

We stayed three nights and were very impressed with all of the amenities at the property. Location was prime to downtown. Walked to the farmers market and into town several times for shopping and meals. The house was comfortable and clean. Hope we can stay again!

Brevard-Close to everything

Great house on a very quiet private street. Very easy walking distance to downtown Brevard's restaurants and art galleries. Nice open and roomy spaces. Lots of elbow room . One to measure others by. Has a sister rental right beside for larger group needs.
