The building was under construction and loud during the day. Food was left in the oven, sand all over the bathroom and kitchen floors, and the bedding had crusty stains. The walls underneath the bedroom windows were down to the studs and crumbling. The pool was out of service all week that we were there due to the construction. Other people's dirty laundry was under the sink. We never received the key to access the garage which would give us easy access to the beach we were on. The ocean views were nice.

The beach view from the condo balcony and bedroom windows are amazing! The beach is quiet and never crowded in Melbourne. The room is extremely clean and furnished with everything that you need for the week. This is our second time staying at Chris’s condo and we would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Chris was responsive to any questions we had. Loved our time on the beach and even saw the launcing of a rocket from our balcony one night. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

Fantastic location if you like to be on the beach. Owner helped us out when we were in a jam. (Let us stay longer until we could get a car problem taken care of) 5 stars all the way around. nightly visits from Sea turtles, multiple shore birds, beach has no crowds. You can see rocket launches from the balcony.

At the time we were there, the building was undergoing a major reconstruction project on the exterior Oceanside, just outside of our unit. The observation deck was closed, jackhammering, cement being mixed, and scaffolding impeded what should’ve been a pleasant viewing experience. Around us, 3/4 of the building was boarded up. It appears this project will go on for the next few months.To be fair, when the project is complete, this unit should be very nice to rent.
