2nd floor two story new renovated beachfront condo. Feels like a private home just steps to the beach. Two car garage and community pool. 3 bedrooms 21/2 bath. Master bedroom and beautifully appointed master bath has view from every window and private large deck. Desirable location situated between the Hilton and Crowne Plaza. Property is not a high rise and there are only 8 units total. Close to Eau Gallie Blvd and Satellite beach. Restaurants and entertainment are all nearby for your enjoyment. Once inside this little oasis all you see is the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with amazing sunrises every morning. A true total paradise.

Perfect place on the beach!

Stayed here to turn visiting family for Christmas into a vacation and this property is everything we hoped for. Daily walks on the beach, comfortable beds, room for the whole family, fully stocked kitchen, and that’s not even mentioning the views. Thanks for having us!

Property was Phenomenal

Incredible house inside and out. Great host and made process wonderfully enjoyable. Well stocked with everything a family needs to enjoy time together and of course that wonderful beach and ocean outside every view of the home. We WILL be back!

Beautiful views, great location, nice pool

Very comfortable, clean, more than one patio, loved that the patio furniture was comfortable, pool has ledges to set on with a small table, Dan was great to communicate with. A nice quite place. There are a few steps to deal with, however it is worth it. Girls trip!

Spring Break Vacation

This is an absolutely beautiful condo. The location and amenities are excellent. Very nice beach and just over an hour to Orlando is also convenient. You get the feeling of staying at a house rather than a condo, which really is nice. We couldn’t ask for more. Thanks again Dan.

Comfy Paradise

The 2 story walk up condo was very clean and had everything you could need. The 2nd floor balcony was great to sit on and relax and watch the evening thunderstorms or just the ocean and sunrise. The beds were really comfy and the bathrooms were clean and nicely decorated. The owner Dan was great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be back again.

Great get away for our family of 5

We loved this property- it’s right on the beach with great views. The beach is great (although watch out for the big cement blocks in the water!). Our teens stayed active and busy the whole time - plenty to do and lots of restaurants to visit (the Cuban joint across the road is amazing!) we also LOVED Coasters- next to Windixie …. Ask to sit in their back beer garden- it’s a super chill vibe and the food is excellent! We went deep sea fishing as well out of port Canaveral- lots to do from this centrally located condo! The owners pay close attention to detail and it shows. Lots of ocean toys and wagons to use in the garage as well! Thank you!

Great location on the beach; beautiful condo

The condo and location were as beautiful as they appear in the pictures. Loved the private beach; easy to pick out a spot. Owner responded promptly to all questions. Scheduled cleaners so we could check in a little early due to our flight arrival. Condo is nicely stocked so you don't have to bring everything. Convenient to stores and restaurants. We hardly spent any money on gas because we were so happy at the condo! The only downside if you have any physical issues is that the condo is upstairs and on 2 floors inside. Since there is no elevator, you have to carry luggage upstairs. Also I am used to walking beaches that are a little less sloped, so it was a little hard for me to walk longer distances that I am used to. Not a problem for my daughter of course! We had a great stay overall and would highly recommend this location!

This property was beyond amazing! We absolutely love this beautiful place! The view was breathtaking! My kids loved that it is right on the beach. The owners were awesome & responded right back to answer any questions you might have. Everything about this place is wonderful! We had the absolute best time at this condo. It is our new favorite place to stay when we are in the area. Everything was seamless and convenient. We did not need a thing upon arrival. The garage was awesome to leave sand toys, and beach gear without tracking it into the condo plus we had a cool place for our car. The views were spectacular and the ease of access to the beach was top-notch. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the Melbourne area for a beach trip.

Very nice!

We could not have asked for a nicer place. It was well appointed, clean and quiet. It felt like home away from home. The view was beautiful! It was nice having a garage to keep beach supplies in. There were some beach chairs, beach toys and pool toys in garage. We provided our own chairs and umbrellas, but there were some for use if you don’t want to pack or buy your own. I would recommend this property as a great place to stay. I will book again if we should return to the area. Great communication with owner, not that there were any issues.

Condominium was exceptionally clean and well kept! Everything was so organized from the check-in process and beyond, even a garage door remote opener for easy entry and parking, countertop ice machine, washer & dryer everything that took our family vacation to the next level!

Condo was well equipped, clean and the perfect location. Walking distance to Lou's Blues. Owner was great with communication and very accommodating. Our favorite restaurants in the area are Frigates, Hula Moon and Bizzaro pizza. Would stay here again!

Great beach getaway

If you are looking for a great beach stay with an awesome view, a great pool and a luxurious feel, this place is it. The place felt big, clean and very well taken care of. The balcony with the view was beautiful and where we sat most of the time. The pool was even better than I expected with a Mediterranean feel and plenty of space. Our kids loved it. The beach was quiet and never crowded. The host was very responsive and helpful. We felt like we could truly relax here and there was plenty of space for all six of us. We are glad we picked this condo as our vacation stay as it truly made for a great experience!
