The studio is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a modern and functional manner. The property is situated in the town centre. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Ribnitz-Damgarten, district of Altheide. The studio is located on a 4,000 sq m open garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Cosy small holiday room for 2 people with single kitchen, bathroom and balcony in our apartment house. Ideal for a short trip to the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the sunrise with a delicious breakfast on the balcony. Round off the day relaxing with a glass of wine at sunset. Access is directly from the main road (tarmacked). Parking (for 5 cars) on the property.
