High Speed internet across the house to work or enjoy Netflix in the Smart Tvs across the house. It is located in the exclusive Cabo Del Mar Residential area (5 min from downtown by car) and has controlled access and 24/7 security. There is also a large pool with children's games for common use. If you are looking for a good location, modern villa with great space and secure neighborhood, this is for you. Note: Please consider there is construction near the house from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday-Friday and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm.

Wonderful property

My family had a wonderful stay. The home has everything one needs to feel truly at home! The house is well stocked and the host was just amazing....great communication and directions. I will stay here again .

We are very sorry for what happened and understand that it must have been an unpleasant experience. However, after the Fire department review the incident , we confirmed that the oven and facilities were in proper working condition before the event. It appears that the explosion occurred due to incorrect use of the appliance, so we would like to kindly remind all guests to follow the usage instructions provided in the manual and within the property. The inspectors were very clear with their report about the real problem and they make sure Adams party understood that but apparently it wasn't. Our main priority is always the safety and comfort of our guests, and we truly appreciate your understanding. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns.
