Snuggle up with a movie, or good book in front of the gas fireplace. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with double bowl vanity & walk in shower. Another spacious bedroom and full hall bath offers plenty of space for loved ones, or out of town guests. My favorite part of this condo is the large screened in porch that overlooks a tree line and leads to a large open deck. Enjoy the fresh air throughout the year, watch fireflies and relax. You might just be able to see the Middletown 4th of July fireworks right from the privacy of your deck! Located near the Frog Hollow Golf Course, just minutes from downtown. Building has an elevator and 2 staircases. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, all major routes for commuting, or heading down to the Beach!

This property is located in Middletown, Delaware. Restaurants, Beaches, mini mall for shopping (Tax free) historical sites or buildings, the casino which is located in Dover is a 25 mins drive. Congressional Village is the location that offers peace away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A moment to relax, sit on the back porch with friends or family and just enjoy mother nature. There's also a golf course to compete with friends or just for viewing. This property has updated furniture, clean and comfortable suited best for a getaway.
