Bezpośrednio przy budynku przebiega ścieżka rowerowa, baza przesiadkowa PKP (około 2 min.) Bezpieczny plac zabaw na dziedzińcu. Complex basenowy Aquapark Milenium, stadium sportowy oraz lekkoatletyczny w odległości około 400 metrów. Bardzo ciekawymi miejscami są również Port Rybacki oraz Port Jachtowy wraz z Redutą Solną.
