Bezpośrednio przy budynku przebiega ścieżka rowerowa, baza przesiadkowa PKP (około 2 min.) Bezpieczny plac zabaw na dziedzińcu. Complex basenowy Aquapark Milenium, stadium sportowy oraz lekkoatletyczny w odległości około 400 metrów. Bardzo ciekawymi miejscami są również Port Rybacki oraz Port Jachtowy wraz z Redutą Solną. Odległość do kołobrzeskiego molo, latarni morskiej oraz promenady to około 15 min. spacerem. W okolicy również sklepy, apteka, szpital i sprawdzone jadłodajnie :-).

Das Apartament liegt in der City und war problemlos zu erreichen. Es war sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Durch die Stadt- und Strandnähe konnte man das Auto auf dem Stellplatz in der, zum Apartament gehörigen, Tiefgarage stehen lassen.

Das Apartment war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten müssten mal repariert werden, zum Beispiel die Türklinke zum Badezimmer.
Die Lage war ganz okay, etwas außerhalb der Stadt und durch die Waschanlage im Hinterhof etwas unruhig.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war etwas holprig, die Infos zum Check In mussten wir am Anreisetag erst erfragen und auf meine Nachricht zur vorzeitigen Abreise habe ich keine Antwort erhalten.
Sehr angenehm war der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage.

Die Wohnung war sauber, es war alles nötige vorhanden. Lediglich die Schlafmöglichkeiten waren unkomfortabel. Die Waschstraße war nachts leider störend, da auch um 2 Uhr noch Autos gewaschen wurden. Das sollte man in der Wohnungsanzeige erwähnen

Schöne saubere Wohnungen, allerdingd nur mit einem Schlafzimmer. Alles vorhanden, Kühlschrank mit froster, sehr saubere Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher und Kochplatte. Auch Geschirr vorhanden. Der Balkon ist zum Innenhof und leider nicht zum Strand, was aber für uns nicht schlimm war. Ansonsten ist fie Wohnanlage sehr ruhig und für die Kids gibt es einen kleinen Spielplatz im Innenhof👍. Gastgebern sehr freundlich und Antwortet sehr schnell. Allesin einem kann ich die Wohnung mit sehr guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen 😀

Die grüne Stadt am Meer
Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, Ausstattung ist ok.
Der Balkon hat ist ebenfalls top
Die Tiefgarage ist ein Pluspunkt, schön kühl.
Alles war fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand an Küste ist super, Einkaufszentren auch in der Nähe.
Ostseeküste ist Ostseeküste.

Ohne Meerblick und leider sehr laut
Das Apartment ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Allerdings ist der Balkon zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, wo sich eine Autowaschstraße befindet, die 24/7 geöffnet ist und es Nachts daher oft sehr laut ist. Zudem gibt es keinen Meerblick wie beschrieben, da die Ostsee genau in die andere Richtung verläuft. Habe meinen Aufenthalt aus diesen Gründen zwei Tage früher beendet.

Schöne Unterkunft
Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Sehr sauber, modern und alles notwendige war vorhanden.
Die Lage des Objekts war gut. Man kann alles fußläufig gut erreichen.
Fürs Auto gibts auch einen guten Platz in der Tiefgarage.

Wir hatten eine schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in einer ruhigen Gegend Kolbergs. Die Ferienwohnung war mit allen ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter hat gut geklappt. Empfehlenswert wäre es, wenn im Ferienobjekt eine kurze Beschreibung mit allen notwendige Informationen wäre. Wir mußten mehrmals nachfragen, um Informationen zum Schlüssel, Fernbedienung der Schranke, dem Satelieten TV und WLAN zu bekommen. WLAN hat aber leider nicht geklappt, da das angegeben Netz nicht im Empfangsbereich lag. Ich konnte mich alerdings mit eigenem WLAN helfen, so daß ich nicht weiter nachgefragt habe.
