Our calendar is always up to date. Beautifully updated 3 bedroom/3 bath plus sleeper sofa beachfront condo unit! All new furnishings and fresh paint (September 2022) make this condo a must for a relaxing beach vacation. Great location with a fantastic bakery and plenty to do close by as well!

Why they chose this property

The Sea Salt at Ocean Ritz just recently had a complete overhaul done - fresh paint and all new furniture make this unit a must-stay! The Ocean Ritz condo complex features some of the largest balconies along Panama City Beach, and the complex is a low-density complex with only 63 units - this means less elevator traffic and less people on the beach area too!

What makes this property unique

Low-density complex with less people using the elevator, shared amenities, and beach area in front of the complex. Easy parking with an assigned parking space just one flight of stairs away from the unit if you don't want to take the elevator.
