Close enough to campus that you will be there in 10 minutes, far enough away that you can avoid the crowds and noise if you want. Bathrooms updated summer 2023.

Be advised that I have cats, but they will NOT be here. The entire property will be thoroughly cleaned; carpets are regularly vacuumed and shampooed. My home is very well kept and my cats are happy, clean and trained. Just letting you know for allergy concerns. Air Ducts cleaned August 3, 2023.
