Beautiful & peaceful family residence near Notre Dame in the River Commons Area!

Conveniently located near campus in a quiet residential neighborhood near the St. Joseph River. Plenty of room to spread out. Two full baths. Pool table. fireplace, gorgeous backyard with firepit and picnic table.

Be advised that I have cats, but they will NOT be home. The entire property is regularly, thoroughly cleaned; carpets are vacuumed and shampooed. My home is very well kept and my cats are happy, clean and trained. Just letting you know for allergy concerns. Air Ducts cleaned August, 2023.

-Directly between St Patrick's County Park and Izaak Walton League, offering over 700 acres of untapped nature (less than 5 minutes in car to both).
-Conveniently located near US-933 (minutes away from Walgreens, CVS, Chipotle, McDonald's, American Pancake House and more). Also near Portage Rd. with access to Meijer, Walmart, and more.

My son, son-in-law, and 3 grandsons stayed for a football weekend. The home was clean, spacious and with plenty of beds. The basketball hoop and pool table were great attractions to keep the boys busy. Patrick was most accommodating and very responsive. The week-end was great.

Quad level with plenty of spread out room. Awesome decor. Quiet neighborhood. TV room and Pool table room are great to relax and have fun.
