Desert Shores complex is very nice lakeside community in central Phoenix. Close to the freeway for easy access all over the city and state.

You will love this beautiful two bedroom two bath condo. King size beds with super comfy mattresses you will sleep like a baby! All rooms have TV with Roku for 1,0000 of channels available. The complex has a heated jacuzzi and gas BBQ for your use. There is the lake with catch and release fishing as well as great walking paths and even a tennis court!
Our place is so relaxing the lake the hot tub the pool. Everyone gets a recliner and every room has a tv and super comfy King size beds You will love this place as much as we do!
We have a covered parking spot, access to pool , tennis courts and lake side paths and you will be provided a key to access these facilities as well as an elevator key and wagon to help you transport your items upstairs.
Our place is located at 28th drive and Peoria Ave it is close interstate I-17 for easy access throughout the city and state. Service animals must be approved by the HOA.

This was perfect for our needs! The condo was very nice and modern! We loved that the walking path and pool were gated. Felt very safe! The landscaping around the complex is very pretty! We had beautiful views on the back patio for morning coffee and close to everything you could need! Would stay again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful trip in Phoenix. The condo was very clean, the kitchen had all you needed, and the view of the lake from the patio was my favorite! The condo bedrooms were big with comfortable beds, the bathrooms had fluffy towels and the living rooms coaches were a favorite of the family. We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back!

Great Location

This property is exactly as advertised. The location is secure, the unit had lots of space for the 3 of us, and the lake path was a great way to unwind at the end of the day. Had it been a bit warmer we would have taken advantage of the pool, but maybe next time.

Nice, quiet, convenient

Convenient to lots of restaurants and easy on/off freeway access. Comfortable beds and couches. Furniture is large so crowded in the dining area. Nice to walk around the lake. Clean pool and jacuzzi.

Great experience!

Fourth time on the Desert Shores property. Check-in was a breeze. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Was very nice that the household supplies were provided. Great experience overall. I would definitely rent again.

Fun stay in Phoenix

Communication with owners was excellent. Anytime I tried to reach them, they responded immediately. Beds were comfy. Condo was very clean! Loved the patio area with TV. We sat out there a couple of times. Thank you for a fun stay!

Overall a good experience. Geese very noisy this time of year in the mornings. Walking paths took a beating from the geese droppings. Many homeless people outside the gates and a few noticed sleeping in the stairwells from time to time.

Oasis at the Desert

Jeanne’s property was a great location, beautiful surroundings, a lovely quiet neighborhood, and easy directions to find and get into. The condo kitchen was extremely well stocked, fun extras like tennis & pickleball equipment, cooler and wagon, plenty of towels, very comfortable bed, screened in patio was an oasis, pool and area was clean and plenty of washroom supplies. Jeanne was very quick to reply to my inquiries. We could not have asked for anything more! I highly recommend this property!!

Comfortable and clean

This is the 2nd time my husband and I have stayed here, and both times have been very enjoyable and comfortable. Jeanne was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. It was also so nice to have the 2nd bedroom and bath for our sons to stay a few days with us. And, we love the beautiful elaborate china cabinet, dining table, master bed etc. Having the elevator nearby was very nice so we didn't have to carry luggage up and down the one flight of stairs. Questionable neighborhood

Lovely unit but the location was sketchy. Woke up to a homeless man going to the bathroom in our bushes. A lot of homeless in the area and gunshots heard at night. Loud complex with dogs barking, ducks quacking and neighbors partying.

Very Comfortable Condo in a Beautiful Setting

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Desert Shores due to the owners’ thoughtfulness in the details large and small: very comfortable beds and furnishings, plenty of dishes and towels (including pool towels), microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, four large TVs, a handy wagon for hauling our belongings in and out via the elevator, a brand new wrapped sponge in the kitchen (really, it’s the little things that count, too!). Loved the wraparound screened-in patio (no bugs!) overlooking the lake with a one-mile walking path - front row seat for the sunsets. Owners were quick to respond to messages. Our new favorite place to stay in Phoenix! Thank you, Jeanne and Nicole!

Lakeview Hidden Gem

Very enjoyable resort-like complex not expected to find in the area. First time staying in that part of town and found the location super convenient being so close to the highway! The setup of individual recliners instead of the traditional sofa with views of both the TV screen and a soothing lakeview was very impressive and greatly appreciated when feeling a bit under the weather at beginning of week so was stuck indoors the entire day! The spacious screened in wrap-around balcony with its own big screen TV was another wonderful idea, allowing us to enjoy sunset dinners without the annoyance of bugs yet not missing any sport games on TV. Also to note was all the thoughtful touches on the amenities available such as grounded coffee, vacuum tumbler to take on the go, and portable chargers for our digital devices, to mention a few. Perfect for Surgery recovery-recliners and lake view

This was perfect for our needs: we were looking for a 1 floor place with a recliner for recovering from surgery. Pro's: recliners with soothing view of a pond/lake, birds, ducks, geese. TV's to use with Roku/firestick, fast internet, great a/c even with triple digit heat temperatures, screened in porch. Location is near everything we needed. Good communication with hosts. We appreciated the assigned, semi-covered parking, although the walk to the front door was a bit long for our situation. The wagon was very helpful to bring things to and from the car. Tip: you need the key for the elevator, so go up to the lockbox first and get if before hauling things out of the car. Con's: lots of homeless and drug users nearby. We barely left the property except for takeout or errands so it did not bother us too much. We're clean freaks so we would have preferred it a little cleaner. Thank you for a great place to recover and heal after surgery, we appreciated it very much!

We love this property because it is very convenient to a major freeway to get all over the city and state. The property has a man made lake that is very enjoyable and with paths, beautiful landscaping, ducks , geese and other wildlife. We also have a very nice pool and spa, tennis courts and gas BBQ's for your use. It is a very quiet complex and we are close many nice restaurants, colleges, casinos, lakes and event stadiums.

What makes this property unique
