The terraced house complex with 4 house units is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday destination Timmendorfer Strand adjacent to the nature reserve around Lake Hemmelsdorfer. The center or You can reach the beach in 10-15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. The center has an attractive and varied promenade with many restaurants, bars and cafes to relax. In addition to the beach and the sea, there are numerous leisure activities such as an ice rink, Baltic Sea thermal bath, sea aquarium and much more. Within 10 to 20 minutes by car you can reach the Travemünder Hafen, the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, Karls Erlebnishof and the Hansapark.

The house was completed in 2018 and furnished in a modern, maritime style. Large floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and sleeping areas and modern tiles as well as warm wooden parquet floors create a bright and cozy atmosphere. The living room has a couch and a dining area for 6 people. In addition to the guest toilet, there is a separate sauna room on the ground floor with a modern sauna. The open kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge / freezer, oven and dishwasher. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with box spring beds and high quality electric fireplace. From the bedroom you can access the south-facing balcony. The large, modern tiled bathroom is also very bright with several windows and equipped with a floor-to-ceiling, spacious shower, whirlpool, toilet and 2 sinks. The spacious attic with high ceilings and warm, light parquet floors offers another bedroom with a couch corner. The apartment has its own terrace with a garden and an additional south-facing balcony. There is its own free car park, a second one on request.

Sehr gute Wohnung

Leider ist die Küche schlecht ausgestattet und das, obwohl der Rest luxuriös ist. Der whirlpool und die Sauna waren sehr gut.

Absolute beautiful place

Great experience, we would do it again in a heart beat, we loved it, great location, super clean, friendly staff/management. Only think why i gave overall 4 starz is: internet not available just WLAN and no microwave

Kurzreise Ostsee

Ein schönes Haus mit einer guten Zimmeraufteilung. Sauna und Whirlpool waren ein Kriterium für die Buchung, leider funktionierte der Whirlpool nicht (laut der anderen Rezessionen wohl schon länger). Die Flecken auf den Sitzgelegenheiten laden auch nicht wirklich zur Gemütlichkeit ein. An der oberen Treppe waren Rückstände von einer verlaufenden Flüssigkeit. Die Abwicklung war jedoch wirklich super, vielen Dank!

Kurztrip an die Ostsee

Wir haben uns dieses Objekt ausgesucht, um einfach mal die Seele baumeln lassen. Im Großen und Ganzen entsprach das Ferienhaus den Vorstellungen und Beschreibungen. Leider war der Whirlpool defekt, sowie einige kleinere Reparaturen stehen an und die Couch und der Sessel ziemlich mit Flecken übersät. Trotz alle dem konnten wir die Tage bei strahlendem Sonnenschein genießen, mit Spaziergänge und Picknick am Strand.

Super Ferienhaus

Alles in allem ein tolles Ferienhaus! Highlight natürlich die Sauna und der Whirpool, perfekt wenn das Wetter draußen mal nicht so schön ist. Die Zimmeraufteilung für 6 Erwachsene war ebenfalls gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die kleine Couch, die für 6 Personen inkl. dem einem Sessel dann doch ziemlich klein ist. Die Couch war außerdem leider dreckig (Flecken etc.), daher haben wir sie mit einer extra Decke abgedeckt. Hier könnte man überlegen mal eine neuere anzuschaffen. Ansonsten top und zu empfehlen!
