For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. This property is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

Additional information: Vehicle registration tags are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two parking spaces available. Linens are provided, but guests are advised to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted. The property is pet-friendly, with a non-refundable $225 pet fee per pet required.
