Family visit in Tuscaloosa

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was so happy to find this place for the entire month of July at a reasonable price since it was not during busy school times. I was able to spend time with my new grand baby while my son and daughter in law worked at the university. The place was in a great location to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and to the university. It was clean, comfortable and so cute.

The location is great. The condo was lacking in a few areas including clean bedding for the pullout sofa, hangers, and appropriate lighting in the bathroom. The bathroom is very dark and hard to see to get ready. The management community told us to lift up the king size mattress to locate the bedding for the pullout sofa. This is not a place that the management company should be sending guest to get clean bedding. We could not determine what piles were clean, dirty etc as nothing was labeled, nor folded and mostly hanging out of bags on the floor. We ended up asking them to bring us new bedding, which they gladly dropped off. This wasted about an hour of time when we wanted to go meet friends so that was disappointing. BUT you can't beat this location.

I'm sorry you were disappointed about the spare sheets for the sleeper sofa. All of the linens were stored in bags under the bed since this is a very small efficiency unit. Our staff came over within one hour to bring additional hangers, and pull the sheets out for you that you had difficulty locating. You were told they would let themselves in so that you could go on out for dinner. I am glad you were able to enjoy the rest of your game weekend!
