Stay at this spacious 6+ BR 4 BA (one is an ADA bathroom) lodge style home with open floor plan, 2 fireplaces, and you won't be disappointed. Located on the Niangua arm with calm water, this home offers the benefits of living on the main channel without all the noise and traffic. Perfect for spending time with the family for a weekend getaway, a family vacation or even a family reunion or wedding.

Sleeps 20+. This home has two large decks that run the entire back length of the house, relax on the lower deck(with stereo speakers), out of the sun, or enjoy the beautiful views of the lake from the upper deck. You might even see a bald eagle! If your party wants to rent a boat, or jet-skis from the nearby Marina, the dock offers 4 jet-ski lifts and 2 boat slips, as well as a large swim deck and stereo speakers, Lillypad, and two Kayaks. A boat ramp is located within 100 yards. We have a game room for the kids! We also have a pool table, shuffleboard table and air hockey table. This secluded house is located in a picturesque setting of over 100 trees and beautiful landscaping. Let your vacation start here...

We would love to share our beautiful lakefront home with you and your family. There is lots of space for having fun and entertaining.

Boat and Jet Ski Rentals nearby. Lots of great restaurants and night life in the area. Great parks, Bridal Cave, Outlet shopping.

We have our own cancellation policy.
CANCELLATIONS- A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will receive a refund, Cancellations that are made within 30-59 days of the arrival date, will incur a 50% penalty of the total rental rate and taxes. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date forfeit 100% of total rental rate and taxes. Cleaning fees and security deposit will be refunded. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. We do not refund rent or deposits lost due to canceled or shortened stays because of weather. Departures due to inclement weather do not warrant refund of rent or deposit.

MO Vacation

Checked in on Wednesday afternoon, first impressions were great. Did a walkthrough and everything was perfect! Lots room so everyone had a place to sleep plenty of area to gather and make memories! Location on lake was great, wish we had a few options to boat to bars and or restaurants. The docks and boat lifts were great and plenty of water toys for everyone. Overall a 5 Star stay!

Awesome Lake House

Our group has been going to the lake for many years. We love this lake house and will go back there again next year. The price is reasonable, the location is fantastic and the views from multiple decks is breathtaking! If you are looking to go to the lake for a get away this is a wonderful place to stay!

Family reunion

Seventeen family members met at this beautiful lakehouse for a reunion. We spent alot of time on the dock, but also enjoyed the entertainment room and the open decks looking out over the lake. The house was clean, well cared for, and well equipped. We had a great time.

Home away from home

I had the privilege of staying in this rental for three nights- March 20-23. I have stay in many places throughout the world and found this rental property ranking amoung the best when one is comparing the price to what you are getting and comfort. In other words, what you pay is considerably less than what you are getting in return. I encourge everyone who's considering vacationing in the Camdenton- Lake of the Ozarks area to take a look and see for yourself. With that said, I plan to visit again soon!!!

Summer Getaway with Family/Friends

We absolutely loved this house. Our group ranged in age from 12 to 68. The house had so much room for 14 of us and everything you could want for entertainment - PS3, shuffleboard, pool, home theatre inside. Outside, we enjoyed a beautiful swim/boat deck, water trampoline and kayaks. Unfortunately, we had terrible flooding while we were there which made us unable to boat a couple days, but there was so much to do, we still had fun! The house is so well stocked - both in the kitchen with appliances, pots, pans, blenders, slow cookers; and bathrooms with towels, wash clothes. There was a washer/dryer which came in handy. And the Parrotts were so great to work with - immediate responses to questions I had prior to our arrival and after. Another great thing is the low boat traffic at this house. Our three families made many lasting memories here and plan on returning again.

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS

The property is much better in person than the photos. This home is very well maintained, excellent landscaping and privacy from the neighbors along with ample parking. It was a perfect fit for the younger adults' their children and the older adults. Game room was well equipped, big screen HDTV, video games galore and wifi. All bedrooms were ample sized and very comfortable. A master bedroom was in an excellent location to have privacy from the rest of the family. A huge dock allowed ample room for fishing, sunbathing and swimming. Dock had room for boats or waverunners. The water trampoline was a BIG hit for the young and old. Porch decks were spacious and on two levels; enough space for everyone to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you need to either cook or warmup leftovers. Since we did laundry a couple times the newer energy efficient washer/dryer was a nice ammenity. This property exceeded our expectations and I would RECOMMEND it for a great vacation or short term get away. The owners are very congenial and professional when making reservations and responded to our questions in a timely manner.

family get together

The house itself was great; clean, well stocked and ample room. The extra air mattresses were a nice to have as well. However, the neighbor put a big damper on everything. Even though we had discussed being able to have music going- the neighbor let us know they were tired of the fact the house was being rented out. (Later I learned that this neighbor said he doesn't speak to the owners anymore because of the fact that they rent out the house- left us feeling uncomfortable and believing that there must have been issues in past). The fire pit is not in a great location for sitting around it- like I clearly asked about. The landscape left no room for our volleyball net and bags game. Overall everything worked out. The kayaks and the trampoline were a big hit! We loved that there were so many child size life jackets but there were no adult ones. The shuffleboard table was great. Overall it was a good space for a large group. We had a good time.

65th Wedding Anniversary Gathering

We celebrated a 65th wedding anniversary gathering with 14 guests, including two children ages 6 and 8. The weather was a perfect 90 degrees each day so we spent our days on the dock, the trampoline, and kayaking. Guests enjoyed a glass of wine and played pool and shuffleboard during the evening while others watched baseball on TV. Perfect! This quiet lake location was preferred by us. House supplies and features were more than adequate for our large group. The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. We purchased groceries at Gerbers, ate at the Golden Rock Winery, and picked up pizza from Pizza Hut which were all about 10 minutes away. Very convenient. The well maintained steps down to the lake/dock may be a challenge for some people; however, we had no problems and loved the raised view of the lake from the upper deck on the house. The only item needing repair/replacement was the water trampoline feature. The reservation process was efficient. Terry and Terrie answered any questions via phone during our stay. Thank you for making this a memorable family celebration!

The short walk down to the dock was super convenient, and the furniture, kayaks, lily pad, open dock slip, and life jackets on the dock were a great touch. Great Golf Weekend

House was perfect for a group of 12 golfers with easy access to courses nearby. The individual rooms were a nice bonus vs having many beds per room and there were large communal spaces for everyone to gather. Highly recommend.

Great Property

This property was everything we expected plus more! Our group was 17 people, all ages. More than enough sleeping space and rooms for everyone to gather or be alone. The hosts were excellent with communication and called once we arrived to check on us. The pool table, shuffleboard table, and hockey were a lot of fun in the evenings. The lily pad on the lake was phenomenal and thorouhjly enjoyed by all. We would definitely stay at this house again. We all had a great time!!

Annual family trip

This house was perfect for our annual family trip! There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone, including 7 kids ranging from 3 -17, and lots of space for everyone to spread out both inside and outside. Having the boat launch so close was great and it made getting our boat in and out super easy. The house had everything we needed and was very homey. Everyone loved it! Thank you so much for allowing our families to make memories here.

Amazing family stay !!!

OMG !!! What an amazing home. It was the perfect place for our large family get together. So many things for everyone to do at the property. No need to go anywhere else for entertainment. The kids had a blast !!! Fishing, the water mat, kayaks, pool table, air hockey and shuffle board. And Terrie, was very helpful and a pleasure to speak with. We will Definitely stay here anytime we come to Camdenton !!!

Annual golf trip

This place was great! Very accommodating for 16 adults to sleep comfortably. Plenty of space inside and out to entertain ourselves. The owners had very clear instructions on check in and check out as well as having most light switches and doors labeled which helped a lot considering the amount of fans and lights both inside and outside the house. If you’re looking to stay in the Camdenton area, I would highly recommend this place to enjoy your stay.

Annual Golf Trip

This property is perfect for our group of 12 guys. It is a well maintained property that has plenty of room and everything anyone would need. It is a great location to all of the golf courses. We stayed here last year for the first time, and look forward to staying here each year going forward.

Wonderful home and hosts

We stayed at this home with our parents and our siblings and each of our families. It was a very nice home. Lots of fun basement games that were great for the kids. Amazing view and great spot on the lake that wasn’t too crowded. The dock and boat slip were also perfect. Our kids loved playing on the Lilly pad. The walk to the dock was nice and short. The kitchen and two dining tables were perfect for our large group. Also loved the outdoor seating area. The location is great as it’s not too far on winding roads and there is a Walmart close by and some putt putt and go karts about 20 minutes away too. We loved visiting the state park that was close by too. Beautiful hike! Great home, great hosts! Thank you for sharing with us!

The Lakehouse is located on one acre with 165 feet of lakefront and lots of mature trees. The neighbors houses are also located on large lots, which means no one is on top of each other.

What makes this property unique

We are away from all of the car traffic congestion but still close to Walmart Super Center,lots of restaurants, activities, golfing, state parks, Bridal Cave, movie theaters, shopping, miniature golf, go-kart tracks, water park and much more. We are also located on an area of the lake that has calm water which makes it safe for swimming right off our boat dock with swim deck, ladder and water trampoline. This is also a great area for jet skiing, water skiing and boating. You can also sit back and relax on the dock, lakefront patio or either of the two decks. You are able to enjoy the sun or the shade. There is also a Bar-B-Que. Inside activities are also numerous, views of the lake, Pool Table, Shuffleboard Table, Air Hockey, Direct TV on 4 tv's
