A fully renovated 1 bedroom apartment just 2 mins from the beach. Relax and want for basically nothing. Full kitchen, bath, living area, patio, outside shower, and full washer/dryer. We provide quite a few amenities to enjoy. The only thing you'll need is more time to enjoy the beautiful Gulf.

Serenity Now Stay

We enjoyed our trip and stay in Mexico Beach. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We didn't realize that this apartment is the lower half of another residence (separate entrances) until we arrived which was a little shocking at first but there were absolutely no issues and the hosts were super friendly. Definitely would stay again and recommend to friends! Very short walk to the beach right across the road on the "less busy" end of town but 5 minutes from everything in town and 15 minutes to Port St Joe.

THE BEST VACAY

This property was perfect for a couples vacation! Just a short 2 min walk to the beach was the best! Scott and Alex were so nice and made sure we had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!

Relaxing Quiet Gulf Getaway

The Beach is a couple doors way. The beach is beautiful sand and goes on forever. There were very few people on the beach in Mid-April. Very quiet and relaxing. The property is in a quiet neighborhood. This is exactly what my wife and I wanted, compared to the built-up, more dense area, of Panama City Beach. The home is the perfect size for two people. It had everything we needed for our stay. Scott is an excellent host. Timely communication providing information about the property and answering our questions. A store with grocery basics is less than five-minute drive. We enjoyed nearby Port St. Joe for lunch and dinner.
