Welcome to The Bunk House - a studio apartment with full bath and kitchenette. If you're looking for an affordable beach getaway for a family of 4 or a girls get together at the beach this is the place! Located in a quiet a St Joe Beach neighborhood between Mexico Beach and downtown Port St. Joe! Beach access is a short 3 block walk. Downtown Port St. Joe is just minutes away for shopping & great restaurants!
Located above an unused workshop, you will need to be OK with stairs.
It is a secondary unit to 'Summer Breeze' a 2 br 1.5 bath which sleeps 6. Rent them both for a discounted price and have sleeping for your group of 10.
One wall A/C cools the space nicely, if you need frigid temps, this is not it. Room fans, TV w/ Roku and Wifi
