Located directly on the harbor promenade of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, this light-flooded apartment scores thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window front with a phenomenal view of the sailing and sports boat harbor, the floating houses and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei. Harbor cinema is guaranteed here - as are the picture-perfect sunsets that can be observed from the balcony.

Designed to be barrier-free, this apartment is easily accessible by elevator and has a walk-in shower.

Located above the things, passing sailing ships can be observed from the complete living-dining area and the balcony when entering the Baltic Sea. The view falls on the Schleimünde lighthouse and the idyll of the landscape conservation area around it. The harbor promenade of the OstseeResort Olpenitz with a growing offer is located directly below the apartment and invites you to stroll. The Telekom Home Entertainment program on the flat screen TV living room offers additional entertainment.
The extensively equipped open kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Delicious holiday meals can be conjured up here.

The shower room has a large floor-level shower. The corner location of the apartment also offers the comfort of an outside window with a view of the promenade.
The cozy bedroom with a high box spring double bed offers a relaxing holiday sleep. Early risers can watch fantastic sunrises through the window.

There is a separate parking space behind the house and a shared bicycle shed.

It is a corner apartment on the first floor.

Our favorite place: end the evening with a sundowner on the terrace and watch the sun fall into the water.
