Check out is at 11AM (after 11 will be subject to late fees)
Please take out trash before you check out (bins are in backyard) If your stay is on a Sunday night please take trash and recycling bins out to the street in front of the house

Lights must be turned off prior to checking out and thermostat set to 72 degrees
Please be mindful with flushing excess toilet paper to prevent clogs, do not flush any paper towels, feminine hygiene products, other trash, etc.
