Apartment 1 (ground floor) is a living room with XXL 200x200 cm double bed. The apartment 1 is equipped with a large sofa bed with 200 x 140 cm mattress, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and dining for 2-4 people. Adjacent to a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and XXL mirror cabinet with radio.
The also new kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge freezer, cooking and eating utensils. The kitchen is shared with Apartment 2. To Apartment 1 and 2 is the beautiful outdoor area with benches, table and barbecue in front of the house.
