PLEASE note the recreation room, including hot tub, is an extra fee. Relax, Kick back with a book, hiking shoes and a fishing pole , your ATV or snowmobile, sleds or bikes. Enjoy an adventure at St Croix State Park by day and the Casino by night. Board games and a bonfire are a great end to the day! Relax in the hot tub or play games in the rec room with your group, no matter the weather. You & your guests get the ENTIRE 10 acres of the Cloverdale Cabins Property. Guest count 1-8 will reserve cabin only, larger groups guests 9-12 and guests 13-16 will be in tiny homes.

ATTENTION all guests must be approved. The cabin holds 9 and the tiny homes holds 4. We can host up to 17 in our 3 cabins if you have a large group. *******Note: The property is not exclusive unless all 3 cabins are booked by your party. There may be other groups on the property during your stay.******

ATTENTION: all guest counts must be approved and any guests 9-12 can sleep in the Blue Tiny Home (book separately), and 13-16 in the Green Cottage (book separately).

Guest must report problems/complaints to host immediately, and provide time-stamped video/photo evidence if requested. Guest must give host opportunity to remedy the problem within a reasonable time frame. No refunds can be issued if these guidelines are not followed.

We are on SEPTIC in the cabin! Nothing but toilet paper down the toilets please.

Please dump trash in outside dumpster before leaving. Dump all food from fridge and cupboards (only condiments can remain in fridge.) Please wash all dirty dishes and put away. If left on drying rack clean, this is ok. Extremely dirty home condition will be subject to an extra $100 cleaning fee. We try our best to keep it clean This is a cabin, you will see critters and insects, but we strive to keep them outside.

Guests provide charcoal for grill and wood for firepit.

We provide one set of towels per guest per stay of 1-3 nights. More towels will be provided upon request with an additional linen fee of $5.

Outdoor amenities such as the grill, fire pit, and plastic chairs are not maintained by the cleaner and are the responsibility of the guest to make sure it is clean for next use. If something needs to be fixed, please let us know so we can have maintenance check it out.

You may park under the car port.

All other out buildings and barns are not part of the reservation and guests are not allowed to use them. Please keep an eye on your children.

Washer and Dryer access are for long stays of 5 days or more only.

Please return all yard games and outdoor equipment (such as snowshoes) to their designated spots in the basement.

No smoking of ANY KIND indoors! $200 smoking fee per day enforced if violated. If you smoke outside, please do not leave butts or throw them in grass or on deck.

Message host for pet approval. Pet fee of $100. Limit in size and quantity. No pets on furniture. No pets left alone unattended. Clean up after your pets. Pet damage fees will be applied if rules are not followed.

Quiet Hours are 12am-8am.
Our neighbors live and work here. Please respect them.

Only the guest that booked the reservation is allowed to check in.
We allow early check in and late check out when and if we can accommodate with cleaners and other guests. Must be approved 3 days before booking. We can not accommodate last minute changes in check out times.
Early Check in fee of $25 up to an additional 2 hours, arrive as early as 2pm
Late checkout fee of $25 up to an additional 2 hours, up to 12pm. Any late checkouts beyond 2 hours will be charged for an additional day (base rate, no discounts). This does not allow you to stay the additional day, but is a penalty for staying past the 2 hours. Thanks for respecting our cleaners time.

Anyone caught violating any house rules will be grounds for immediate termination of reservation and removal from property without a refund.

Guests must have a valid working phone number per VRBO policies, however due to safety we will only communicate with guests through the VRBO Site/App. All guests must be declared on the reservation.

If there is a guest complaint during the reservation and they have made it known to VRBO or the host, they are giving permission for the host and their team to access the property to remedy the situation.

Video/Audio Surveillance: The property has surveillance cameras placed to monitor all vehicles and persons that enter and exit the property and to verify the guest count arriving to the cabin when needed. This video and audio footage is not shared publicly and is recorded and retained by Host and staff for liability reasons as in the case this Agreement is being violated and/or proof is needed related to any access or incident occurring on the property. All cameras are located on the exterior of the cabin and monitor exterior doors, drives, and some of the exterior surfaces surrounding the outside of the structure. In no way do the devices infringe upon Guests’ expectations of privacy during their stay and Guests do not need to expect to be monitored during their stay, but are being made aware of the cameras’ presence. These will be utilized if an issue arises or is suspected, and confirmation or clarification is needed regarding activity on the property at any time. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in Guests being removed from the property without refund.

REC ROOM RULES:
The Rec Room + Hottub is available for use for a small fee. This must be paid prior to arrival.

-Hot Tub Happiness: No pets, food, or glass in the hot tub, please. Don't forget to shower before dipping! And no kids under 15 in the hottub without supervision.
-Dart Board Safety: Keep it friendly and fun! Please don't throw darts if someone is in the line of fire.
-Rec Room Etiquette: Take turns and share the fun! Please handle the games with care.
-Respect the Space: Clean up after yourself to keep the area neat for the next guests.
-Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM to respect others' peace.
-Pet Policy: We love furry friends, but please keep them out of the recreation room.
-No Smoking: For everyone's health and safety, smoking is not permitted inside the rec room.
