The well-appointed bedrooms offer double beds with comfortable single mattresses for a restful night's sleep. Additionally, a dedicated storage room is available for your ski gear. Surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, you can tackle challenging mountain bike trails or take a short walk to Hillebachsee for a variety of water activities, including water skiing, wakeboarding, surfing, pedal boating, swimming, ping-pong, and volleyball. In winter, the area transforms into a snow lover’s paradise, offering skiing and sledding in Niedersfeld or the renowned, snow-sure Winterberg. The excellent slopes are just a 10-minute drive away, and the enchanting Hochheide is a favorite among hikers.

The Winterberg bobsleigh run is 9 km from Niedersfeld, while the Kahler Asten is 12 km away. The Winterberg ski lift is 8 km from the apartment. Niedersfeld is a popular destination for those interested in mountain hiking, scenic landscapes, and outdoor activities.

For shopping, the center of Winterberg is just a 10-minute drive away. There is a bus stop conveniently located in front of the house for easy access to Niedersfeld’s local center, and additional shops are a 5-minute walk away. We require a €100 deposit via a SEPA form, which will be sent to you in advance and completed during check-in. This form authorizes us to deduct up to €100 in case of damages. If no deductions are necessary, the SEPA form will automatically expire.

The rental price includes energy costs.

Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and will be detailed on your reservation overview and/or invoice.

Towels, kitchen linens, and children's furniture can be rented separately upon request.
