At Pentecost and Christmas / New Year's Eve the prices of the A-season apply.
On departure Saturday / Sunday in July / August a surcharge of EUR 22.00 will be added to the additional costs. When traveling with a pet, an additional fee of EUR 16.00 per pet will be charged. This fee is calculated after the down payment on the balance! In case of cancellation after the conclusion of the booking contract, a fee of EUR 56.00 will be charged. Können die bisherigen Beurteilungen bestätigen

Positiv: Die Kommunikation mit VVR ist wirklich klasse! Auch bei unseren Sonderwünschen (2. Parkplatz) wurde uns unkompliziert geholfen Die Aufteilung der Ferienwohnung ist bei der geringen Größe (60 qm) optimal durch zwei separate Schlafzimmer im OG. Klar, steile Treppe, aber das geht nicht anders. Die Betten und auch das Sofa sind sehr bequem Die Lage mitten in Prerow, aber ruhig, ist auch super! Was könnte besser sein: Die Wohnungen sind sehr hellhörig - man kann den Nachbarn husten hören und selbst das Trippeln des Hundes vom OG hört man unten. Die sehr kleinen Terrassen sind nicht wirklich nutzbar; die Zugänge zu den Wohnungen führen direkt daran vorbei. Mit einem zentralen Zugang in der Mitte zwischen den Häuserzeilen hätte dies besser gelöst werden können. Die Sauberkeit im Detail (z.B. Duschen) ist noch nicht optimal.

War einngelungener Urlaub!

Ferienwohnung war absolut in Ordnung. Gute Lage. Man hätte uns informieren können, dass auf dem Strand direkt vor Ort (Nordstrand) eine große Baustelle gibt. Für uns war es aber kein Problem, wir wären ohnehin zum Weststrand gefahren, da der einfach schöner ist. Mit dem Rad war es nicht weit, ca.8 km.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Sauberes Ferienhaus. Leider jedoch schon etwas abgegriffen (Schränke, Geschirr, etc). Auf dem Spielplatz lagen Glasscherben. Außerdem legen neben dem Spielplatz ein ausrangierter, ausgebuddelter, mit Beton versehen Schirmständer. So gefährlich, dass Kinder sich dort beim Spielen böse hätten weh tun können.

Urlaub

Eine passende Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Der nächste Spielplatz ist nicht weit. Leider war der auf den Fotos abgebildete Spielplatz Direktor vor Ort nicht (mehr) vorhanden. Einrichtung ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. 3 Sterne gibt es, weil es unseres Erachtens etwas zu teuer ist.
