Schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren 4 Erwachsene. Unterkunft ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Für 4 Erwachsene etwas eng, eher für Familie mit Kindern geeignet. Das einzig Negative ist, dass die beiden Einzelbetten ziemlich knarren. Wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und einen schönen Urlaub erlebt. Insgesamt eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

Schöne FeWo die aber etwas Zuwendung bräuchte
Im großen ganzen eine schöne Wohnung aber ein paar Sachen müssten gemacht werden. 1. Im Bad der Toilettenpapierhalter war nicht zu benutzen da er komplett lose war. 2. Die Matratze war an einer Bettseite durchgelegen. 3. Dem Rolladen im Schlafzimmer musste ich von aussen nachhelfen damit er runter ging (gut das die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war :-)). 4. Die Auflagen der Terassenstühle haben auch ihre beste Zeit hinter sich, hier wären ein paar neue gut. 5. Die Kaffeemaschiene mit Wasser zu befüllen war sehr schwierig da die Hängeschränke so niedrig oder die Kaffeemaschiene zu groß war. Und dann noch die Parkplatzeinteilung für die Wohnungen ist auch nicht optimal, wir hatten die Situation das die Nachbarwohnung Besuch hatte und wir nicht auf den uns zugeteilten Platz fahren konnten weil die Zufahrt von dem Besuch zugestellt war. Positiv ist die Lage der Wohnung, ruhig am Rand der Ortschaft. Man müsste also ein paar Sachen machen an dieser Wohnung dann wäre sie perfekt.

Umzug nach 5 Tagen wegen Bauarbeiten
Die Wohnung hat uns positiv überrascht! Sehr durchdacht und viele Dinge, Haken, Küchen Utensilien usw die in anderen Ferienwohnungen nicht zu finden sind.
Leider begannen nach 5 Nächten Bauarbeiten an den oberen Balkonen und ein Gerüst wurde auf unsere Terrasse gestellt. Laut Handwerkern langfristig geplant! Schade das wir nicht informiert wurden und eine Umbuchung im Vorfeld angeboten wurde.
So zogen wir in eine andere Wohnung um. Die Verwaltung war sehr entgegen kommend! Da mein Mann aber chronisch krank ist, bekam er einen Schub und wir verloren wertvolle Urlaubzeit.
Wie schon gesagt, schade das im Vorfeld nicht offen über die anstehenden Arbeiten kommuniziert wurde!
