WOW!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful well maintained and spotlessly clean. Amazing views with calm warm water to enjoy. Lucky enough to be there before the start of “high” season so it was also wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have been happier

We had an amazing vacation in this idyllic setting on Rum Point. Being right on a nice quiet beach, we were able to observe nature right from the veranda as we dined. Beautiful vegetation, birds, colourful lizards and chickens, all kinds of sea creatures to be seen through the glowing ocean water that’s nice and calm for swimming. The house is very comfortable, spacious and clean. Well furnished and well fitted out in the kitchen with all the utensils and cookware you need. Most incredible is this strategic vantage location to view the most specular clouds in the skies, especially as the sun sets. It was like watching a movie!! Very cinematic and photogenic! All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

The family had an amazing time. It was great having our own spot on the beach and all the water toys made heading out into the bay super easy. So many extras were thought of at the house and it was a great time. Great stay overall. Rum point and Kaibo were great places to relax and eat. We liked this side of the island as it was lower key compared to our time spent on seven mile.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that your family had such an amazing time and that you enjoyed having your own private spot on the beach. We love that the water toys and extra touches around the house helped make your stay easy, relaxing, and fun. It’s great to hear you explored and enjoyed Rum Point and Kaibo as well. That quieter side of the island really does offer a different pace and a chance to unwind while still having plenty to do. We’re so glad it was the right fit for your family and that you were able to experience both the peaceful bay and the highlights of Grand Cayman. Thank you again for staying with us. We’d love to welcome you and your family back for another island getaway in the future!

The accommodation was fine. Most VRBOs at that price point provide shampoo/conditioner for the shower - this VRBO does not have it. Some of the towels should be retired. Other than that, the condo was appropriate for our short stay.

We loved everything about this place. We walked to Kaibo Beach Restaurant for dinner, meeting our boat captain and getting coffee in the morning. Rum Point is about half a mile from the house. Each morning we paddle boarded and kayaked with the starfish and stingrays in the cove. The house is nestled at the end and feels private. They have every detailed covered with this house. The enclosed porch is perfect for game night or laying in the lounger with the fan turned on. The comfy sectional is great for watching TV. Our three college age kids enjoyed the downstairs bedroom while we had the upstairs master with an amazing porch. We are already trying to plan our next trip.

Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful review. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the location, the privacy of the home, and all the time spent on the water with the paddle boards and kayaks—that cove is truly special. It’s great to know the layout worked well for your family and that everyone had their own space to relax and enjoy the stay. We also love hearing that the enclosed porch and living areas became part of your daily routine. We’d be happy to host you again whenever you’re ready for your next trip. Safe travels until then, and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Beautiful location right on the beach, very nice house, everything as described in the listing, walking distance to coffee and Kaibo restaurant, and 10 minutes from a small grocery store. Quick drive to Crystal Caves and botanic garden. Several of the boating excursion companies do pick ups in the area. Would not hesitate to book with Cayman Villas again!

Stayed with my wife and three teenage kids (15, 17, 19). Three kids had to share two queen beds without much arguing! Great screen porch for cards and meals. Many breakfasts and lunches cooked in the well appointed kitchen. Beautiful views to the ocean and beach front right out the back door. Quiet beach with space for beach games and lounging. Snorkeled right off the beach with lots of star fish and upside down jellyfish, even saw a stingray. Quite a drive to Seven Mile Beach but we wanted to be in a more quiet location. Safe running and walking on the road between Starfish Point and Rum Point was a big plus! Highly recommended for relaxation on the beach away from the hustle of Georgetown.

Our stay here was incredible! This is our first time in this side of the island and it did not disappoint. The kitchen was the best equipped we’ve ever had in a rental, supplied with spices, coffee filters, dish soap and more. We counted 54 starfish when out paddle boarding. You can paddle board to a sand bar, stand up and take a break. We also went to Starfish Point, which was not needed since you have your own private Starfiah bay right at home. We also enjoyed coffee every morning on the private beach. Our kids loved the pool and the Barefoot Beach BBQ at Kaibo. Our property managers, Judy and Billy were so gracious and accommodating, personally showing us bioluminescent bay and Billy telling us about the island. We highly recommend the 7am Stingray City tour with Whitesand across the street at Kaibo with Captain Chris. We will be back! Nice and quiet place with the sweetest managers!
