About this property

Welcome to "Apartments Suhr" in the beautiful and well-kept approximately 99m ² apartment (8003 vision). The apartment is on the 1st floor + attic.
It has 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (2x80x200), one of which is reached by a staircase, so ideal for older children, who thus have their own kingdom in the attic.
There is also a bookshelf and various games, as well as a CD player.
The living and dining room has a pull-out dining table, as well as a comfortable couch and a sideboard with flat screen.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher and electric stove and oven.
Kettle and coffee machine and a Dolce Gusto machine are also available-of course, cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, pans, casserole .... etc.
The bathroom has a modern double vanity with large mirror with LED light and a shower and toilet.

Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee. In addition, a parking space belongs to the apartment.

Our cozy apartments are located in the immediate vicinity to various shops and restaurants. In the nearby spa park there are outdoor sports equipment and a large playground where children can play extensively. In the summer, events regularly take place in the spa gardens, so that no boredom arises. An auto repair shop, laundromat and doctors are also nearby.
Grömitz impresses with its variety of sports and leisure opportunities, all of which are located near the beach. An all-round carefree holiday is nothing in the way.

Die Wohnung hat genug Platz

Die Wohnung ist groß genug für mehrere Personen. Im Wohnzimmer ist Moos von innen am Fenster und die Dusche ist total schimmelig. Ansonsten ging es von der Sauberkeit.

Eine schöne Woche

Die Wohnung war so wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und im Text beschrieben . Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Straße von der man fußläufig fix zum Kurpark , Strand und zur Fußgängerzone kommt . Sie war sauber und alles war funktionstüchtig vorhanden . Das einzige was uns gestört hat war das das Haus eingezäunt war und darüber keine Info vorlag . So würde ich die Wohnung aber jederzeit wieder mieten .
