Rustic attic holiday apartment, approx. 45 square metres, for 1–4 people—1 bedroom with a double bed—1 living room with a sofa bed—natural-light bathroom with shower—kitchen - Hallway

From the front door, our guests take the staircase up one floor to the attic. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom are accessible from the small hallway. You can reach the living room through the kitchen.

The hallway features a coat rack with a mirror, a luggage table, and a desk with two chairs. A skylight provides natural light.

The small kitchen is equipped with a modern kitchenette. For self-catering, our guests will find a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, 2 hot plates (no oven, but with a Klarstein hot-air fryer), a Cloer 6070 egg cooker, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. The small seating area can accommodate up to 4 people. There is also a counter with two bar stools.

From the kitchen, you enter the rustic living room. Thick beams and a wooden ceiling give the room a rustic character. The two windows offer a view of Lake Bannwaldsee, Füssen, and Hohenschwangau Castle (approx. 9 km from the house). The living room is equipped with a wall-mounted, swivel LED TV, a sideboard, a floor lamp, and a cosy corner sleeper sofa with a table. The little ones can get comfortable in two recliners.

From the hallway, you enter the small bathroom with natural light. It is equipped with a sink, mirror, and vanity cabinet, a 90 x 70 cm shower with a corner entry, and another small cabinet.

The bedroom is furnished in Bavarian style and equipped with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers with a mirror, a desk, two chairs, and a double bed with nightstands.
