Nice house in a quiet residential neighborhood. The furnishings are nice and comfortable. The hot tub listed was not functional, which would have been nice to use during the abnormally cold weather we encountered.

Perfect! Lots of space for family of all ages

Ages 3-93 ** perfect one story with comfortable mattresses, well stocked - dont get a hotel, stay here all together — we came in town for a family event and chose this vrbo over 3 hotel rooms - good choice!

First of all…. When I booked it was not listed as a 2 night minimal, I paid for one night, the week before our trip I was contacted by the host that this house is a 2 night minimal stay. So he said he could not rent it to me for one night, that he would be losing money, so we agreed tom additional payment option, but I was still not allowed to check in but only 1 hour early… and when we got to the house… there was 8 of us Ladies… there was only 2- 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. I did reach out to the host , he was quick to respond, telling me that there should have been extra rolls under the cabinet, believe me , we looked , there was none, Thank goodness for the nice neighbor that gave us a roll of toilet paper. The host did say he would talk to his cleaners. Well, that was not going to help in the situation that we were in… also the amenities mentioned a hot tub, it was dirty. When I mentioned that to the host he said that it was broken and had been removed from the amenities… well it was listed… and the 2 night minimal stay wasn’t listed

It’s a gorgeous home! It’s super clean and smells great! The AC works really good, you definitely need that in this heat. Nice neighborhood. We loved everything about the home. Definitely the #1 house to stay at in this area. Thank you!!

Jermaine is a great host. Any time i reached out he responded right away. The house is beautiful and is convenient to our friends in Wimauma Florida, restaurants, and stores. We had a wonderful weekend trip.

We had a great stay in Tampa. The check-in process with Jermaine went very smoothly. He’s very professional and made us feel really welcome. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The neighborhood is lovely and perfectly maintained. We would definitely rent this property again!

The house was everything and more! From the decor to fully stocked appliances the pictures do no justice! The house was very spacious and I loved the sliding barn door on the first room upon entry! I definitely recommend booking this house! The host was very attentive and responded very quickly! 10/10
