THE SALTY SALMON. This is the place you have been searching for! Located right in the heart of Harbor Village,The Salty Salmon is a 3 story condo with a welcoming atmosphere. The pools are just a few steps away! Reimagined in 2022, a calming decor with seating for 8 in both the living room and at the dining table awaits. The living room has a smart Roku TV, is connected to the internet, and is just waiting for you to log in to your streaming services to enjoy the programming of your choice! The kitchen holds all your needs should you want to cook. It also includes your choice to brew a full pot of coffee or a single-serve Keurig. Tea lovers will enjoy the electric kettle. Some coffee and tea are left for you to start your vacation off on the right foot. Bathrooms include hair dryers, lighted magnifying mirrors, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Bedrooms have 100% cotton sheets, duvet covers, sound machines and ceiling fans. The garage holds beach toys and a wagon to carry them to the nearby Lake Michigan beach. There is a gas grill in the garage for your use as well. There is a downstairs living room with a second smart Roku TV and a variety of board games and puzzles. There is also a separate reading nook complete with books for adults and children. The washer and dryer are located on the downstairs level complete with pods and dryer sheets. The Salty Salmon has everything you need for a restful and relaxing stay. There is no boat slip available with this unit.
Parking: There is one dedicated space. No parking in the garage due to the storage structure built inside. No boats or trailers allowed on property.

Renters must fill out a rental agreement and submit a copy of their driver’s license.

Registered guests only, maximum capacity is 8 people, including any children.
Thank you for informing the owner immediately if anything breaks or is damaged. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to VRBO.

Keep a close eye on your kids while being on the balconies.
Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the outside doors.
Also, there are exterior cameras (3) on the property to monitor the outside of our home. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner's discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights's rents.

Spring Break in Manistee

The Salty Salmon is a wonderful place to stay. The location is right next to Lake Michigan. You are only a few steps away from the beach. We enjoyed a couple of beautiful sunsets during our stay in early April. The condo was very clean. The condo space was perfect for the 4 of ua. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The inoor pool and spa was right behind our unit. Carol stay in touch with us during our stay to make sure we had everything we need. I really appreciated that. I highly recommend the Salty Salmon. We will definitely be back. Hopefully we can come up during the summer.

Fantastic fall break

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for 2 families, coffee!, soft comfy blankets, books for mama and the littles. We chose here in part because of the playground and pool but spent most time exploring the area and never made it to the pool. I’ve stayed at places with more character but this one was very functional for the group we had. Wi-Fi just ok, I might have had issues w bandwidth during busier hours or multiple people streaming but was fine.

Amazing Vacation Condo

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. So comfortable, clean, spacious and beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen (which we appreciated since we cooked a lot of our meals). It’s within walking distance to the gorgeous beach (amazing sunsets), pool and town (nice shops, restaurants and movie theater). Short drive to Onekama, Arcadia, Ludington or Frankfort (about an hour from Traverse City). Carol was so easy to communicate with before and during our stay. She has a lot of consideration and care for her guests and it shows with the thoughtful welcome sign, snacks and activity suggestions. We have been vacationing in Harbor Village for 20 years and this condo is definitely at the top of our list. Thank you!

August family vacation

Easily the best VRBO I have stayed in. Everything was thought of by the host. Fully stocked from toilet paper to beach towels and hand soap. The host even provided single serving snacks and waters as a welcoming gift, which my kids loved. Very close to accommodations in the community and walking distance to beach. The space was more than inviting and large enough for my entire family. The host was easily reachable. If you’re looking for a place in the Manistee area this is it.

Fun in the sun !

This was an ideal condo for multifamily vacation. Perfect location for all ages. The condo is spotless and spacious. Great communication with owner. We would love to stay here again.

Close to where you want to go (Manistee and the surrounding area has so much to offer!) and able to escape back to your own place to relax and recharge in comfort. This updated property has it all: space, king-sized beds, fast WiFi to stream to the smart TVs or your devices and all the extras you need to make your stay super comfortable. Plus the amenities of Harbor Village indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, fitness room, playground, volleyball net, fire pit. Minutes to the beach at Lake Michigan with the wagon and toys provided for you to use.
