Luxury condo just feet from water, spectacular views and private dock.

Waterscape on the river is on the Kennebunk side of the Kennebunkport bridge. You’re just feet from the water in this unique, old world, architect-created vacation property in a turn of century boatyard building. You can rent 3 or 5 bedrooms, rates are adjusted for the number of bedrooms per night.You’re greeted by beautiful waterscape views on this tranquil riverfront location, yet you are a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shops, or a short stroll to the beach. Wake up in your suite and enjoy your own accommodations, or just a minute away, have breakfast at the best bakery within miles. Later take a stroll to the beach, use our dock to launch your kayak, or take a walk across the river bridge to Dock Square. Then, after some shopping, a look at the historic village, and an ice cream cone or fried clams at the bridge, take home some lobsters and cook them up. You might also consider a romantic dinner at any of the world-class restaurant just a short walk away.
It feels like an inn and a cottage in the sky. With 600 feet of water front, every room has a water view, the gardens are perfect and in such a peaceful area just a short walk to the historic village.

We request a 50% deposit and the balance 30 days before arrivals. During the summer we rent Saturday to Saturday. We will accommodate shorter than seven night stays(3 nights or more) but they must begin or end on a Saturday

Owner Description:: I am a financial advisor and my wife is an office manager. We have been summer residents in Kennebunkport for over forty years. Our family has been in Kennebunkport for over 100 yrs.

Steve's condo was the perfect place to stay on our first visit to the Kennebunkport area. The location is amazing -- convenient to everything and alleviates any need to deal with parking hassles in the bustling downtown area. The condo is bright, airy, spacious and well appointed, with a stunning sun room and several outdoor deck spaces with wonderful views. We loved every minute and can't wait to return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this waterfront property. We loved the numerous decks with water views and the large combined kitchen/dining/family room was great for family gatherings. We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly eoyed the property. We combined two different units for a total of five bedrooms accommodating 9 total guest. There was plenty of room for all of us in multiple indoor and outdoor seating areas. The location is excellent, outside of the Kennebunport traffic, but within easy walking distance of all of the port amenities. We highly recommend the place and the owners for a visit to the Kennebunks.

This wonderful rental has it all. On the river and close to town!

Truly loved our stay in this spacious condo. As if the bedrooms and living areas weren’t enough, with views from every room, the added porch and decks put this place over the top (loved the porch and gas stove). It was so convenient and quite a treat being able to walk to town so easily. We also took advantage of being on the river and brought our kayaks (dock was perfect for easy access). Couldn’t have been more perfect!
