Room with private bath for rent in quiet, owner-occupied home with expansive foothill views. Back patio is a dream for enjoying morning coffee, or a post-adventure beer. Perfect for travel nurses, digital nomads, and endurance athletes looking for altitude training! Work or adventure all day and come home to relax. Tons of running, mtb, hiking and road cycling options from the front door. Large shared, fully stocked kitchen. Driveway parking space.

I live in the house but will only be renting one room out. Happy to be as social as you're comfortable with. Additionally, I have a friendly small dog (Shiba Inu) and indoor/outdoor cat, so no extra pets allowed. Reach out with any questions!

House is nice in a quite neighborhood. Wendi is great and was helpful with recommendations about the area and things to do. Not much happening in the neighborhood close by, restaurant options are very limited. I brought 2 bikes and a motorcycle with me. Garage space was made available which was excellent.

Great Stay

Very nice property, exactly as advertised. Host was very welcoming and hospitable. This is a great location to stay if you have just moved out to Denver and are looking for an apartment or just need a getaway that's right next to the foothills of the rockies.

Great Location Along the Mountains

Great location just south of Denver. Easy access to highway to drive around the area from Boulder to Colorado Springs. Trail system access right across the highway was great. Amazing view from living room/backyard especially if working remote. Wendy was a great host!
