For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Motor access to 30 m from the house (mountain road). Communal covered parking. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Dimension: height 250 cm width 230 cm. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 150 m, indoor swimming pool 600 m. Golf course (9 hole) 23 km, tennis 1 km, minigolf 150 m, walking paths from the house 20 m, ski lift, skisport facilities, slopes, ski rental, ski school 150 m, cross country ski track 400 m, ice rink 1 km, children's playground 900 m. So let’s start with good things first. The apartment is spacious, and has pretty much everything you’d need. Big balcony is a huge plus and the washer and dryer as well!!! Beds were ok, comfortable and you do have a garage space for a car. And let’s enumerate things that we didn’t like. First and foremost is the ABSENCE OF CONSTANT HOT WATER!!!! What is that??? Are we in the 17th century ? It isn’t even mentioned anywhere in apartment description that you’d have hot water just for 20-30 minutes and then you’d need to wait for several hours until the boiler get heated. We found it out hard way. There are 4 of us in the family. So the kids had shower, and then I went , I put the soap on, and to my biggest surprise the water became COLD!!!! Keep in mind it’s MARCH , so it is cold!!! I texted the person who got in touch with us for renting. He didn’t speak English. At night his son called , and told that we had to wait for 30 minutes until the boiler heats up. Let me tell you, the boiler did not heat up in 30 minutes!!! It took it 2-3 hours. It’s impossible to have all 4 people to shower in 20-30 minutes, and we also need to cook and wash dishes. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!! Then the towels are so old and washed down, so they are not white anymore, they are grey and super thin. Almost all the plates in the kitchen have cracks and chips. I was very very upset

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Wallis

Wir haben drei sehr schöne Wochen in Bürchen verbracht. Bürchen war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wanderungen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Der Parkplatz war zu klein, aber man kann für 20 Franken pro Woche (Tipp: EasyPark-App benutzen) auf dem Parkplatz vor der Ronalp parken. Die Terrasse an der Wohnung ist super und den ganzen Tag in der Sonne. Die Betten sind nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Alles in allem super!

Sehr schöner Urlaub im Wallis

Bürchen war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt in die Walliser Alpen. Man kann auch von der Wohnung aus loswandern, der Wanderweg zur Moosalp ist direkt daneben. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wie beschrieben. Das WLAN funktioniert und ist schnell. Der Parkplatz war tatsächlich zu klein, an der Ronalp kann man für 20 Fr./Woche parken (Tipp: EasyPark benutzen). Man muss dann allerdings ein paar Schritte gehen. Die Betten waren genau richtig, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Balkon den ganzen Tag sonnig. Die Wohnung hat viel Platz. Die Schlüsselverwaltung war unkompliziert. Alles in allem haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir finden die Ferienwohnung sehr schön. Wir haben bereits unseren dritten Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit schönem Ausblick. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Alles ist sehr sauber und hygienisch. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit erneut buchen.

alles das, was es braucht

Die Wohnung wirkt etwas "retro" mit den Kunststoffböden und vielem Krimskrams an den Wänden und auf den Simsen. Für gemütlichen Urlaub ist die Wohnung perfekt, die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles funktionniert gut. Die Betten sind angenehm!

Sehr saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung

Wir waren bereits das zweite Jahr in Folge in der Ferienwohnung und waren wie auch letztes Jahr sehr mit der Unterbringung zufrieden. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig mit einem großen Balkon. Sie ist sauber und es fehlt an nichts, vom Handtuch über Bettwäsche bis hin zu Desinfektionstücher ist alles da. Es mangelt an keiner Ausstattung. Vom Kochtopf bis zum Racletteofen ist alles vorrätig. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal für die Skiferien mit Kinder, vor allem Nähe des Skilifts ist super. Wenn die Wohnung im gleichen Zeitraum dieses Jahr wieder frei gewesen wäre, hätten wir bereits unsere nächsten Skiferien gebucht.

Wir habe kurzfristig eine Ferienwohnung gesucht und sind in Bürchen fündig geworden. Die Wohnung war zweckmässig und wir haben in der Umgebung ein paar Sachen unternommen. Freundlicher Vermieter, der sich bemüht hat, dass alles in Ordnung ist!

Zeer ruime woning in prachtig gebied

Zeer ruime woning, perfect voor gezin met 2 kids. 2 slaapkamers, zeer ruime woonkamer met gezellige eethoek en fijn ruim balkon. Ook fijn dat je wasmachine + droger kunt gebruiken. Veel te doen in omgeving. Minigolfbaan op 100mtr en 2 restaurants binnen 100mtr. Tevens dorps supermarkt op 1km, ideaal. Enige nadeel vonden wij de zeer trage WiFi, waar je dan ook nog per dag extra voor moet betalen. Als je dan geld vraagt voor WiFi, dan moet het ook werken! Zithoek ook aan vervanging toe.

Wohnung tiptop - Garageplatz sehr eng

Wohnung ist zweckmässig und recht gross und sehr nahe beim Kinderlift. Der Einstellhallenplatz ist sehr unpraktisch (Direkt neben Garagetor), eng und mit grossem Auto schon fast ein Problem. Nachbarn wahrscheinlich etwas lärmempfindlich bei kleinen Kindern
