The house is ideal for families with small children, as it is not right on the water. The large garden is not visible through a 2 m high hedge. Playground equipment (seesaw, swing, sandpit) and various bicycles provide variety. In addition, there is a 3er Canadians and a rowing boat (outboard motor can be installed). In the appealingly furnished house you will feel good. For toddlers we provide cot and high chair. Stair guard is also available. Bed linen can be rented. Dry towels and table linen are provided. You can relax in the newly built conservatory. On cool days, a pellet stove provides comforting warmth. Pets are allowed in the conservatory by arrangement. In low season the electricity is charged according to consumption.

Deutlich in die Jahre gekommen

Wir hatten uns auf die Objekt-Beschreibung verlassen, aber leider scheint die Beschreibung schon einige Jahr her zu sein....entspricht leider nicht dem aktuellen Zustand ! Der abgeblich " neu" Wintergarten ist undicht, es regnet rein die Dachrinne davor ist ebenfalls kaputt, der Boden ( Holzfaserplatten) dreckig...kann man auch nicht sauber halten...falscher Belag eben. Das Grundstück ringsum wird leider auch vernachlässigt, die Grungstückseinfahrt sehr schlechter Zustand......leider haben wir keine Foto's gemacht....würden wir hier gerne eingestellt haben, dann könnte man besser verstehen was gemeint ist. Das Haus selbst / Inventar, Küche ....naja...auch hier wurde schon länger nicht mehr investiert. Wir sind dann auch früher abgereist als geplant ( 29.12.2023 bis 01.01.2024 ) . Abschließend, die Bewertung von Silvia aus Mai 2023 ist leider noch sehr aktuell, offensichtlich interessant es dem Eigentümer nicht ob sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen....leider. Preis- Leistung passiert hier nicht, hier gibt es deutlich bessere Objekte und die sind auch nicht deutlich teurer

Urlaub am grossen Meer

Nicht schön, das In die Jahre gekommen ,wie ein teil der Einrichtung. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht, aber es war ein Pelletofen om Wintergarten und damit haben wir versucht es in dem Haus wärmer zu bekommen, es waren Temperaturen im Wintergarten von 10 Grad und im Haus von 11 Grad , denke wohlweislich hatte man schon einen elektrischen Heizkörper reingestellt, der die grösse der Wohnfläche nicht schaffen konnte. Für uns war es der erste und letzte Aufenthalt in dem Haus, sind auch ein Tag vorher abgereist.
