This is a second story apartment, located over a 2 car garage. You'll need to climb an exterior staircase to get to the front door. There is one shared wall with another apartment. There is potential for noise from the other apartment unit. The apartment building sits back from the street, behind a large house.

There is one garage parking space included. The city of Pasadena requires a permit for overnight street parking.

You'll have access to the apartment, the garage, and the laundry room located at the back of the garage.
