The space:

This is a small studio unit, and it feels just right. It's got everything you need to feel comfortable and at home. The private outdoor patio is a perfect extension of the cozy indoor space; great for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine and sweet sound of birds chirping.

Guest access:

You'll have your own gated, private patio. The washer and dryer room is just steps away, and is shared with one other unit.

Other things to note:

One garage parking space is included. The city of Pasadena requires a permit for overnight street parking.

This is a first story apartment. There is potential for noise from the apartment unit upstairs. The apartment building sits back from the street, behind a large house.
