Cozy Beach Block Retreat w/ Free Parking & Balcony [1215-4]

Literally steps to the beach and boardwalk. Right next to the "Jersey Shore House" & other attractions. This unit (unit #4 on 2nd floor) is beautifully renovated and is now available.

Don’t waste time to waiting on line to get beach badges. 4 beach badges ($40 per day savings) are included for your convenience and enjoyment. Children 11 and under are free to enjoy the beach.

No need to stress about packing extras on vacation. All bed and bath essentials are included with fully equipped kitchen.

*** Added Entertainment
Roku Smart TV with Hulu + Live TV (HBO, Sports, Stars & Showtime) included. You can also sign in with your Netflix or Amazon Prime account.

*** Outdoor Space
A private balcony with outdoor furniture is available for your enjoyment.

*** Build with comfort in mind
Newly installed Mini Split air conditioning and heating system.

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind
Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access.

*** Guest access
You will have full access to the entire apartment with one parking space on premises (No aggravation on where to find parking during peak season) . Additional parking is available at near by parking lots. Street meter parking is also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting. A new code will be generated for every new guest check-in.

Other things to note:
If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property or nearby that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels for beach use.

We do not have dishwasher in the unit. However, plates, bowls, mugs and utensils will be washed and sanitized prior to new guests' arrival. Guests are required to wash their own dishes during their stay.

Please follow our house rule so all guests can enjoy their vacation. Thank you and welcome to our beach house.

Our stay here was so much better than expected. The location , size of the rooms, cleanliness were all exceptional. We loved sitting on the front porch with a coffee in the morning , its a very peaceful location even though it is so close to the boardwalk. I am sure we will be booking this place again in the future.

This property is the most convenient place to stay on the boardwalk. You legit can not be any closer to the boardwalk,beach,.also right next door to the shore store and the jersey shore house which was pretty cool. I have zero complaints.

This place was super cute and homey! It had everything we needed from coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fresh towels, soap, shampoos & condition plus more… It was decorated in a beach theme and was very spacious. It was right on the beach right by the boardwalk. It was the perfect location!

Thank you much! We had a great time! Literally steps from the beach. Great outdoor set up with warm water outdoor shower. This place has everything you need for a getaway. Just bring your bathing suit and beach chairs.

This was the ultimate "Jersey Shore" Fan place to stay. Unit 4 literally looks off of private balcony directly to the sites of all of your favorite Jersey Shore House spots. Let the Roku TV play the Show and smile every time you walk in and out. Host Owners were very communicative and friendly. They deserve every star with this place!

Location is great. Hair dryer, mirror, and shower needs were great. I would recommend a multi-hook towel rack on the bathroom door, as there is not enough hooks for wet towels, and also, an extra towel, pillow and blanket. The air-conditioning was wonderful. Also, as 4 seniors, we loved the deck, but wished there were 4 chairs. The beds were very comfortable, and we love the knotty pine.

A+ experience overall. Hosts were helpful and responsive, checking in and out was seamless and the location could not be beat. Rental was clean on arrival and stocked with toiletries/necessities. Awesome House & Location

Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Location was absolutely perfect, a 30 second walk to the boardwalk, you go through your parking lot & you're there. Communication with the host was above expectations , friendly, responded quick & even allowed us an early check in. The house is extremely clean and comfortable & well stocked for the week. 10/10, we will stay here again in the future.

What makes this property unique

Once you park the car, you can literally walk to anywhere in town. No dragging luggage, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs etc. No extra parking fees. Supermarket, convenience store and pharmacy are very close by. Many good restaurants are also within walking distance. You can also take the sky ride to the main attractions.
