I've stayed in many homes, but I must say this ranks at the top! Extremely clean, well stocked, and no leftovers from other guests. The neighborhood is nothing to get excited about, other than it is quiet and safe. Would stay there again and again.

MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLDDO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!EVEN THOUGH IT WAS RECENTLY "RENOVATED" AND LOOKS NICE, THE SMELL OF MOLD KNOCKS YOU OUT AS SOON AS YOU ENTER THE PROPERTY. THEY HAVE AIR FRESHENERS IN EVERY ROOM TO TRY TO COVER IT UP. NO WONDER THEY DON'T LET YOU ENTER THER PROPERTY BEFORE YOU PAY WITH A NO REFUND POLICY.VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Our home has been recently renovated, is professionally cleaned between every stay, and is regularly maintained. We have not found any evidence of mold, and if a guest reports a concern during their stay, we respond promptly to investigate and address it. We understand that different people can be sensitive to certain odors, but we respectfully disagree with the characterization of the property in this review. We encourage future guests to read our many other reviews, which consistently reflect the quality, cleanliness, and care we strive to provide. The home met our needs and had easy access to restaurants, the mall and the bicycle/ walking trail. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We would stay there again. Since we were there for the month, a garage door opener would have been nice to have.

The house appeared very clean and was in a very convenient location for us while our home in Oviedo was going through some upgrades. Overall, the property itself was nice and worked well for our needs.Unfortunately, the house had a very strong and unpleasant smell that we could not identify or get rid of. We even purchased an air purifier to try to improve the situation, but eventually the smell became so difficult that we could no longer stay there comfortably.We contacted the host, and they were aware of the smell but also did not know where it was coming from. To their credit, they agreed to give us a 100% refund. However, this put us in a very difficult situation because we had to find another place to stay at the last minute, and almost everything was completely booked.I truly hope the owners are able to identify and fix the source of the smell before renting the property again. If the smell is resolved, I would recommend this house because it was otherwise clean, convenient, and a good property.

Great place.

We enjoyed our stay and it felt like home as soon as we walked in. Quiet and very private backyard. It was nice to sit back and relax on the patio after a day of touring and walking.

Graduation weekend

We really enjoyed our stay there very close to the campus very clean and well-maintained. Just graduated college from UCF and we elected to do a VRBO and it worked out perfect thank you.
