About this property
Rare Deluxe Family Cabin - Yosemite & Bass Lake
Your lake inspired daydreams will come true at this gorgeous mountain cabin with 30+ foot vaulted pine ceilings, rustic details, fast internet and great cell service — making this the perfect backdrop for your family memories. Only 2 miles from Bass Lake and 24 miles from Yosemite National Park, this open floor plan custom built home will let you escape your daily stresses and reconnect with nature. Located in the Sierra National Forest, come to play, come to let go, come to work, or all three!
The Space:
Light, bright, and sun-drenched! The loft has a very spacious layout sporting reclaimed fir floors, eucalyptus kitchen counters, and tasteful mountain touches. In between swimming, hiking, and boating, you can start and finish your days with coffee or wine on the two decks.
With a family-first mindset, the space has been designed with your family in mind. You'll have a Graco Pack and Play, 3 baby gates, kids stools for the bathrooms, board games, and bunk beds all at your disposal.
Please note, this is NOT a party house. To be respectful to our neighbors, we ask that you respect the quiet hours of 10:00pm - 8:00am.
Guest access
Parking for 4+ cars. 4WD recommended during rare winter weather conditions. Please message us any time for restaurant recommendations, secret swimming holes, and shave ice in the summer.
Other things to note:
The two twin bunk beds are in the open loft, not in a closed bedroom (AirBnb doesn't give the option to list that way). The top bunks have a weight limit of 250 lbs. There are 3 traditional bedrooms.
The loft includes a large desk space perfect for working remotely, and there is an additional small desk in the queen bedroom. Wifi and cell service is stable and strong!
We also provide 8 beach towels that you can use for trips to the lake. The BBQ grill is available during the late spring, summer, and early fall months. Please inquire if you are interested in using it outside of the summer months.
Due to the cabin being in the high fire risk Sierra National Forest, the wood burning stove is NOT available to use.
*Please note that reservations that conclude on a holiday will incur a double cleaning charge due to holiday cleaning rates.
This place is epic and you may never want to leave.
