Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms thoughtfully arranged across two floors, there’s space for everyone to recharge. On the first floor, the main master suite offers direct pool access and features a king bed, walk-in closet, rain shower, soaking tub, bidet, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. Upstairs, the second master suite includes another king bed, Smart TV, and ceiling fan. The Mickey-themed room has twin beds and is ideal for younger guests, while the beach-themed room provides two queen beds. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed. All bedrooms come with Smart TVs, ceiling fans, and ample clothing storage including walk-in closets, closets, and dressers. A queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress in the family room adds flexibility.

Outdoor living
Step through the family room’s large sliding doors into the private screened-in pool area. The heated pool and hot tub are available year-round and open 24 hours a day, making it easy to enjoy a soak at any hour. A gas BBQ grill, outdoor dining space, and two patio umbrellas invite leisurely meals outside. The backyard, though not fully fenced, includes grassy space and an outdoor playground that kids will love. A half bathroom off the family room provides convenient access from the pool deck.

Kitchen & dining
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for everything from morning coffee to full dinners. It includes a GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and cooking basics like oil, salt, and pepper. Additional small appliances include a hot water kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and wine glasses. Guests can also enjoy barbecue utensils and a baking sheet. A large island offers prep space and casual seating, and the adjacent dining table is perfect for shared meals.

The air-conditioned game room is a central hub for entertainment with ping pong, pool, foosball, air hockey, arcade games, and a 55-inch Smart TV with Roku. An indoor children’s playroom is stocked with books, toys, and games.
