The Space:
This quaint studio boasts an unbeatable location that is truly a dream for any mountain lover. Just steps from Keystone Ski Resort, you can ski in, ski out from this apartment with ease, or take advantage of the myriad outdoor and leisure options that surround you. Hike the Keystone Gulch Trail, fish along the Snake River, or make the short drive to Lake Dillon, less than 15 minutes away before returning to this idyllic home away from home.
Enter into this lovely home and find yourself in a truly dynamic and efficient space. A key rack and storage shelves are available for unloading gear and you will also find a key to the nearby ski storage lockers hanging there for your convenience and use.
The spacious bathroom is immediate to your left for easy access. With a dual-sink vanity and a separate room for the shower/tub combo, you will appreciate the roomy size of this space.
Straight ahead, find yourself in the sleek and bright kitchen, which boasts modern white cabinets, a butcher block countertop, and stainless steel appliances. Equipped with pots, pans, a crockpot, tea kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and toaster oven, you will find it a charming space to whip up a meal. Please note that while there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and induction stove top, there is not a traditional oven. A toaster oven is available should you crave some cookies or pizza.
Continue on into the main living space where you will find a dining table with seating for three that is perfect for snacking, digging into a meal, or playing a game of cards. Located just off of the living area, you will find that you can move with ease throughout this home while staying central to the fun. The living area features a roomy sectional sofa, a media cabinet, an end table with a lamp, and a flat-screen TV, where you can cuddle up and rest up while taking in a show after a day of adventuring.
When you’re ready to tuck in for the evening, you will find that the sofa doubles as a pullout queen-size bed, while a second queen-size bed pulls down from a Murphy bed tucked into the wall. This efficient use of space allows you to sleep as many as four in this cozy home.
A beautiful outdoor balcony with views of the pines and patio seating for two is located just off of the living room and makes for a peaceful and restorative space to take in the views or enjoy the crisp mountain air.
This apartment also enjoys close access to the shared hot tub located on-site, making it easy to soak after a day on the slopes. A shared laundry facility is also located on-site if needed.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, including the patio, as well as parking for a single vehicle in the underground, Slopeside parking garage. Guests are also welcome to take advantage of the shared hot tub, and laundry facilities located on-site.
The Neighborhood:
This home offers a truly unparalleled location in the heart of Keystone, with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort with the Peru Express just steps away. You are also within easy walking distance of the various lodges, restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the area. From here you can stroll along the Snake River, hike the Keystone Gulch Trail or explore the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina makes for a scenic outing or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away.
Getting Around:
While this home makes it easy to explore Keystone on foot, you are also a short driving distance from the many other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is an 11-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 14 minutes and Frisco is 20 minutes drive. From here you can be at Breckenridge in 28 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes. Public transport is also an option with the Summit Stages FREE bus' Rasor Drive bus stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route located just steps from your door. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please also note that while this home does have a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and induction stove top, it does NOT have an oven. It does have a toaster oven available for your use.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
