Fantastic ski-in/ski-out location. Despite being loft-style, there was plenty of space and it never felt crowded. Check-in was seamless, and I’d absolutely stay here again.

Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're delighted to hear you enjoyed the ski-in/ski-out access and spacious feel. We look forward to welcoming you back for another great stay.
The place was perfect for us. It was very easy to get your skis in the lockers and get all of your stuff on and walk right to the lift. The only downside which is of no fault of the listing was the elevator broke day 1 and you had to hike up 3 flights of steps everytime after day 1.

Quick walk to Peru lift, very clean. We were there to ski and it’s away from all the hustle down by River Run. Good restaurants within walking distance! Check out Goat Soup and Whiskey if you stay!
My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at your place which has a great view of the mountains and is extremely close to the ski lifts. Additionally, we received timely support and updates to any questions we had along with information for check in and check out. Thank you for a great stay!

Good location for quickly getting on the slopes, nice hot tub, quiet side of the mountain...enjoyed!
Quick walk to lifts, quick drive to restaurants. Place was great, easy to stash skis in parking garage. It also had hot tub & ice machine. If I had to pick any thing to criticize it would be that the Murphy mattress not comfy for two people & perhaps sell mini fridge & get oven as is full size fridge anyway-convection bake does not work on microwave.

We appreciate your feedback on the convenience of the location, parking garage, and amenities like the hot tub and ice machine. Your suggestions about the Murphy bed and appliances are also helpful. Your input helps us enhance the guest experience, and we hope you had an overall enjoyable stay.
This place was amazing. Yes, it's basically a big hotel room. However, it had everything we needed! The view was gorgeous! We loved being able to park in a garage, three minute walk to the Peru lift, ski lockers in the garage with benches to put your stuff on, priced very fair, close to food court, rentals, lift tickets, and shuttle. Can't imagine a better place for a couples ski getaway!
Everything was clean and as described. The only issue we had was the tub didn't drain very well. Other than that the size o the unit worked and the Murphy bed and pillows were surprisingly comfortable.
We would definitely come back!
Excellent location. Question only security of property garage due to an occupant who reported his vehicle stolen from garage and other vehicles ransacked. Noted Sheriffs car. No confirmation on theft-yet security should be considered a priority by management- no noted camerasconcerns.

We've stayed in 20+ condos in Keystone, and this is likely the closest to the lifts we've stayed. The listing undersells just how close it is. Garage and ski lockers are very nice, and the building is fairly small (large buildings often involve long elevator waits - not here). Unit is small but very functional - wouldn't want to jam 4 people in for a week, but it's fine for 2/3 people for a long weekend.
Pros: view from the hot tub was pretty! Location to ski school and ski lift with great...#1 filling feature of this unit…Location couldn’t be better. Underground parking was awesome. We were able to check in early and it was very easy.
Cons: mattresses were so uncomfortable…#1 reason I wouldn’t stay here again. There were two outdoor hot tubs, one of them had temperature issues our whole trip, so only one was functional. It was often that the hot tub was very full so we had to wait till pretty late in the evening to go use. Dishwasher broke down first day we were there and was broke remainder of the time, was a minor issue just because we cooked all of our meals there to save money. It was so hot in the unit, we had to have the windows open all the time to keep a reasonably temp. This area of Keystone shuts down at 5 PM, there is nothing going on after 5.
Everything about the room was great, except perhaps hearing footsteps overhead, but it wasn’t bad.
The directions from the check in office were wrong. It said to turn at first light but it was the second one. They said turn in and follow the road, but I had to choose to turn right or left. I found it but only after making the wrong turn.
Also, the ski locker situation was confusing at first. The check in paper said they were in the garage which they were, but the elevator had signs for them at the plaza level. There were totally different ski lockers on the plaza level and my unit had a hook that said ski locker key which was empty, leaving me to wonder if I was missing a key. Again, I figured it out, but it was confusing.
It would be helpful if the check in papers gave the right directions and also mentioned that the garage lockers were for guests and wooden lockers for owners.
We got in later than anticipated due to a wreck on i70. We went to the office, picked up the packet, and then snagged dinner before heading back to the place. When we got there it was very apparent it had not been cleaned- a sticker with someone’s name on it was on the floor in the middle of the bathroom, there were crumbs on the shelf by the head of the bed, chunks of who knows what on the tile floor, and the bed was beyond stained. The real issue came when there were no sheets to cover the nasty stained bed and no cleaning supplies in the space aside from dish soap to try to make it habitable for our short stay. I called the property and was pretty frustrated. I was told they would look for sheets but that we could buy our own cleaning supplies or go into their office in the morning. The closest store open was 1 hour drive there and back- and I had exhausted kiddos. We waited for an hour for sheets to come and they were shoved at me with a “here”. Then proceeded to charge me a cleaning fee that definitely will not be utilized to clean. I looked up reviews on the rental property management company and it seems like this is common for them. We loved the proximity to the slopes and getting to walk out and ski- just find a non SkyRun managed condo in Slopeside and avoid the headache.
