This 3 br condo is on the 1st floor of Brighton oceanfront building, located in Kingston Resort. It has been totally renovated with new master bathroom shower, flooring, new Paint, new furniture and new kitchen. Main bedroom has a king bed and deluxe ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom suite has another king bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette, and private balcony. The 3rd bedroom has 2 queen beds.
** Please note: the entire Grand Strand coastline is undergoing a $72 million beach renourishment project from Dec 2025 to April 2026. The project is moving South along the shoreline from CherryGrove in NMB, to Myrtle Beach and to Surfside/Garden City. This affects multiple blocks at a time. Public access may be completely blocked due to heavy machinery and pipelines. Public may use the beach other than those work zone area.
* 2026 Winter Projects in process til April. May affect beach, balcony use, access, view, and/or temporary closure during your stay.
The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment. There are beautiful views of the ocean that can be enjoyed from the living room, dining, kitchen, and both bedrooms. Free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps) and linens included.
* Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool tickets)

Why they chose this property
Brighton Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrises from the balcony and the evenings for awesome sunsets.
Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
