> Villa style 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom in desirable Sunshine Villas with fantastic mountain views from living room and front and back patios. Modern with Palm Springs vibe. Sunshine Villas is a small (120 villas), gated community conveniently located in central Palm Springs, minutes from just about everything. There is only one common wall (garages connect), no stairs, single story (so no one above). Just a few steps to one of four available pools and spas. Reservation Requests for January through March are a 3 Month Minimum Stay.

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

Property was as described and represented in the pictures. Plenty of room for two couples. Beds were comfortable (a bit squeaky). Loved having the den for working. Good space in primary bath. While bath tubs could use some updating, the showers worked great. Front patio was especially pleasant for a cup of coffee or lunch on sunny days in the winter. Comfortable furniture in living room. Had what we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Only had to buy some containers for leftovers. Very convenient location to downtown Palm Springs restaurants as well. Gary was a nice host and very responsive to questions we had. Great stay.
