Located 5 min from the center of Palm Springs, just past the exit for the renown mountain tram, this designer owned indoor/outdoor 1-bedroom condo on a cul de sac exemplifies the desert experience with a palm tree lined garden with garden seating and lounging and views of the famous mountain backdrop. In an intimate community, the pool and hot tub are just steps away. Very nice tennis courts and an interior park for quiet walks . One furry bestie allowed only...up to 50 lbs. Pic of pet is required for approval.

For fitness buffs three gyms are close at hand and one is just blocks away. Vintage shopping and restaurants are just 5- 8 minutes down the road.

We thoroughly enjoyed our lengthy stay. The condo was very tastefully and comfortably appointed inside and out, serenely quiet and immaculately clean. Only a few steps away, the pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained and easily accessible. The tennis courts were great, too and the condo property is beautiful, very secure, with very walkable surroundings and amazing views of the mountains. The neighbors are very friendly and delightful. David, the owner, was most welcoming and really went out of his way to make sure we were well situated and attended to a few maintenance needs immediately and thoroughly without being intrusive or disruptive to our schedules or routine. He is a terrific landlord and a generously very gracious host.

AWESOME

David was wonderful to work with. He definitely went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. His place was immaculate with the mid- century modern vibe. The complex that his place is in had it all! Tennis courts, basketball courts, 8 pools and hot tubs and it was gated and we felt very safe.

Gorgeous Rental with amazing views

Owner/Manager is wonderful. Excellent communication and flexibility, gorgeous views of the mountains. Beautiful Private patio and steps to one of 8 pools in the safe, gated complex. Also, very nicely decorated and remodeled!
