This property is situated in what appears to be a quiet neighborhood. The outside appearance is not much but the inside is nicely laid out and very well maintained. The back patio area could use some improvement- more comfortable seating, better plantings. All in all, we were quite happy with our rental experience and host.

Family trip for race week

This lovely home was in a very nice quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The kitchen was well equipped, although we hardly spent time other than sleeping and morning coffee! The beds were SO comfortable and the bathroom amenities were very nice. Everything was as described and the host was very easy to communicate with.

This was our second time staying at the property. It was just as clean and welcoming as the first. Location is great and we are extremely comfortable at the home. The property host is a dream to communicate with and they are beyond accommodating. We will be back for a third visit soon!

Nice weekend gateway!

The property was extremely clean and well furnished. There were plenty of room for privacy and family time at the same time. Shopping and dinning places were so close. My family was happy during our stay and we definitely book the place for an other mini vacation. Only recommendation would be have some beach material such as chairs and umbrella available for the guests. Other than that everything was great!

Excellent bed. This house would be okay for a larger group but it lacked charm. Also the basic fee was reasonable for a night but the additional cleaning fee doubled the cost. My mistake for signing up for this but it made the trip less fabulous having the rate more than doubled.

We enjoyed our stay even if it was really just for showering and sleeping. The beds were comfortable and the house was immaculately clean. Any questions were quickly answered. It was a great alternative to booking multiple hotel rooms!

Exceeded expectations

My husband and I brought our two young children here to escape hurricane Ian. I was also 8 months pregnant at the time. This house was so clean. So comfortable. Incredibly welcoming. And we felt very safe. The owner was wonderful to communicate with. We even fell in love with some of their decor (that brown couch is to die for). Thank you for an amazing stay. We will absolutely be back! 😀

Great family vacation

Our family took a family vacation to Ormond Beach in July. The property was even more than expected. Fit my family of 5 perfectly. It was very clean. Located in a nice neighborhood. Check-in was very easy. Prompt response from owner. Would definitely stay here again.
