There's a dining table with comfortable seating as well as seating around the kitchen island. The kitchen area walks out onto the large deck with an amazing view of the nearby forest, and there's a gas grill available as well. The living room has a large sectional sofa, TV, and fireplace. There's also a 3-stall heated garage great for storing those ATV and snowmobiles you bring on your trip and includes a bar and pool table in the garage! The lower level has a nice living area with a sectional sofa, TV, and a wet bar with mini fridge. There's a walk out from the lower level out onto the patio that includes a hot tub for those cool nights. The lower level also includes a full game room complete with air hockey, arcade games and foosball!

Outside you'll find a nice driveway that can fit a smaller trailer or two, and great proximity to the local clubhouse where you'll have access to a heated pool, fire table and game room with pool table! You can easily take the couple minute walk over to the clubhouse down the main road through the subdivision and likely see wildlife on your short walk.
