Winter family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I realize it is a new build, but no window coverings in the main living area. Very minimal decorations and echoed a lot. We have stayed at many locations in this same area and the sites always had some type of games, cards, or dice. There was nothing available at this site. Very limited seating in the living room. We had a big group and could only seat 4 people. The house stayed very warm for the cold weather we had. No walk in garage door. But had heated garage for the vehicles and that was a big plus!! Need a rug inside the laundry room and a larger rug for shoes inside the main door.

Very nice property!

House was extremely clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was decently stocked. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Location was perfect for us, close to skiing and a short drive to Deadwood and other attractions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in the Powder House Pass development and we'd come back again! It was a great house and laid out perfectly for 3 families. We had 5 adults and 6 kids. The house was well stocked and in a great location.

Beautiful "cabin" nestled in the Black Hills

We took some of our kids and our 86-year old parents on a Black Hills adventure week. This “cabin” in the woods suited our adventure perfectly. We can’t find anything negative to say about it. The house is spacious, clean and well-appointed. We’ve stayed in plenty of short-term rentals and this is close to, if not right at, the top of the list. We found plenty of big, clean, fluffy towels (enough towels in all the bathrooms, plus a big basket of more fluffy towels for the hot tub). The beds were comfy with lots of pillows. The beds all had throws to ward off chilly night air. There were televisions in every bedroom and a chair for relaxing when you wanted to get away from everyone. Parking in the garage was a bonus not usually offered in the short-term rental world. There was a giant bag of coffee with coffee filters waiting for us. Salt and pepper were available, as was sugar. There was dish and dishwasher soap. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware available for us. There were even refrigerator dishes to store leftovers (who does that???). We used the griddle and get this: the crockpot (chicken tacos anyone?)! Perfect short-term rental in the Black Hills.

Nice home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the house booked as a back up plan for overflow during the Sturgis Rally, as it was right next to our home. Ended up not even using it.
